I love oatmeal recipes and there are a lot of them on my channel. This chocolate banana cake can be made without sugar in just 10 minutes.
A simple and quick recipe for the whole family.
Ingredients and recipe:
120 g oatmeal (1 and 1/4 cups).
250 ml hot milk (1 cup).
2 apples.
Peel and chop apples.
Crush apples with a blender.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
Mix well.
30 g of cocoa (4 tablespoons).
5 g baking powder (1 teaspoon).
Mix well.
Add the apple mixture to the oatmeal.
Mix well.
Line a 20 cm casserole dish with baking paper and grease with oil.
Pour the oatmeal mixture into a casserole dish.
You can sprinkle with nuts (I used flaked almonds).
Send it to a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
100 grams of chocolate.
50ml hot milk.
Mix well.
Drizzle chocolate over the cake.
It turned out very tasty.
