most humble and nicest guy you'll ever meet! Treats everyone like hes known you forever, not to mention one of the greatest LS Swap builders out there, which so many have given him the name of the #LSswapKing . Great feature on this amazing Build, so Glad to see his hard work making it out there!
This is one of the coolest cars I've ever seen on this channel! Props to the owner/builder, what a legend... 🤙 So good to see it getting so much street use, that's how us Aussies get down too- no trailer queens
I built one of these with a 1.8 litre 4 cylinder turbo and that was pretty quick just out the hole, but i bet this thing is nuts!!!! 😮😮 love it!! The 2 door version here in uk was called a 100e popular. 4 door was called a 100e prefect but the real early version was called a Anglia... not sure if they where both 2 or 4 door though
Everything about this little Ford Prefect is great. From the personable and very realistic owner through to the "function first, form second" approach to the build and finish. It would make THE best grocery-getter!
When I was 16 years old I had a 1960 English Ford prefect. I'll paid a dollar for it from my cousin.i drove it for a year until my brother blew the rear end up and I couldn't find a replacement. I am now 70 years old so you can do the math on how long ago that was. I always dreamed of finding an Anglia, chopping the top a couple of inches and putting a sbf in it. An ls would be my second choice. Congratulations on a work of art. 👍👍
There's a dude in my hometown that has a Anglia Prefect that was built back in the 60s for one of the /Gas classes. It's a solid front axle gasser, 57 pontiac rear end, muncie 4 speed, and a 311ci SBC with a 6-71 blower and mechanical injection. He got the car back together in the 90s, put it on M5, he runs it in the street now.
I really dig the Car and the set up. It's hooks good. Sounds amazing. Absolutely love the build. Guy is super cool. Car does need more power but needs harnesses and more safety equipment. One of my favourite cars seen lately, I'm not into cars everyone has I like them but my preference is different cars u just dont see many of, this is a crazy cool build
This car is a death trap. Roll cage with no harness and a chassis that likely had less crumple zones than a stock car, thin front drag tyres and not great brakes. Also fairly short wheel base and narrow track. The car wouldn’t even be allowed on a track where I live without a harness. Hopefully it wouldn’t be over there either. There’s pretty much no chance you would survive a crash at even a moderate speed.
There's no way in hell I would get in that death trap....Its badass but I value being alive to much to want to get in a car with NO safety equipment and alot of power
The car in Harry Potter is a Ford Anglia 105E. Built from 1959 to '67. This model was known as the Prefect which pre dates the Anglia and was built from1945 to '61. 10/10 for originality. There isn't enough of these unique kind of builds out there. Everybody wants to build another Mustang or Camaro. I love people that think outside the box. The power to weight ratio of this thing is off the charts!! I love it!!!!
Anglia came out same time as the pop the 105e is what everyone thinks of when you say Anglia this model also was called a Anglia but it only had two doors 😁
Sweet build. 2 doors are called Anglias or Populars. And there are actually a few LS powered Anglias in the UK, this might be the first Prefect though.
Jason Woods, owner of Wizard Racecars in Louisiana. I remember his dad had a car just like this that he drag raced. BBC motor, tube chassis car. I think it ran 8s in the 1/4 mile. It’s been a long time since I seen it.
Back in the 1970's I had a stock 1958 ford prefect. It had a flat head 4 banger with all of 36 hp and a 3 on the floor trans. A fun ride but very under powered.
"The shocks are blown out but it works so i leave it" and in previous paragraphs said "hoping for 8's" fuckin champion man. If it aint broke dont fix it.
Makes me wish I had finished my '59 Anglia 2dr back in 1975 when I started building it for drags. I never got to finish it, but, had installed a 340C.I. Plymouth HP engine in it with a Chrysler posi and 6.17:1 gear. I think it would have been a wild ride.
I love this car, the guy who did it seems real cool. Make sure to def do another collab at the track BUT No safety gear? on a road with opposite traffic? Cmon guys... :( Like cmon....
The 2 door is called an Anglia What you have is a 101e and not a 100e. A 101e was made for the U.S. and has the steering wheel on the left and is called a 101e if it is a 2 door and the one for England is called a 100e and has the wheel on the right side. I have a 58 Anglia 101e .
As a UK fella these cars r about in the drag racing situation. But I've never seen 1 of these with a motor like that 😂😂. That think is fucking sick come 2 the UK 1day mate & love to c this thing go up the rd. Don't Quote me but think the 2 door 1 is called a 100e & we sling cosworth turbo lumps in them. Love seeing a different take on it. Peace & Respect frm UK.
Oh I REALLY like this guy’s build!! He’s so humble about it too, great video altogether!
One of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
Right? He has a super chill vibe, a man who evidently loves what he does and loves to share.
Fr hella chill guy
I agree I like his build
Agree 100%. That car is insane!!! I’d love to see it in person someday. Awesome job guys!

I was just thinking this guy needs to open up a humble pie shop lmao
I know the guy personally. I always called him Kevin heart because he looks like him 😂
This is one of the most incredible things I've seen this year. I swear to God I would throw five points in it and drive it every f****** day.
Simplicity, power, success, and fun all wrapped up in one package. Love this car. Would be a lot of fun to get a ride!
Trc is covering a lot of local eastern shore cars. Love it
That 10 gallon fuel tank is about enough to get him to the nearest gas station and back!
Barely
i hope its atleast good for a few pulls and 100miles
Nice customisation of what I remember to be a typical British family car! 500HP! Bloody Hell!
This is one of the coolest cars I've ever seen on this channel! Props to the owner/builder, what a legend... 🤙 So good to see it getting so much street use, that's how us Aussies get down too- no trailer queens

Never thought I'd say a car is cute looking!
lmao deadass tho

Love how comfortable the owner is to just put his arm out the window while ripping it down the street lmao
I'm use to it now lol

He used to be the mechanic at all american ambulance where I work. Super awesome dude
That build is so refreshing!! So cool to see something different. Makes me want to do a Triumph Spitfire!
This guy knows how to build a fun ride. And it tracks straight!

Thank you
The coolest and neatest car on the channel’s history!! I want one!!
I'd like to see this car. Craig's Automotive isn't far from me.
Trippin: No seat belts going that fast with a car that small with that much power, I'm good✌🏿
This car is a death trap. Roll cage with no harness and a chassis that likely had less crumple zones than a stock car, thin front drag tyres and not great brakes. @@TrevorFrazier331 I ride sportbikes. I feel like this car is still safer than that haha

Nice ride Craig.
Nice work
Nice build!
Absolutely amazing, with that weight and wheelbase it must be absolutely terrifying at full throttle.
Lovely build, great humble owner, good content very interesting.
Great build and video. Thanks for sharing.
This car is amazing! And this dude is old school hot rodder which makes it even cooler.
It ran up to 150 right now. Bad ass build.

Film guy *whats the secret to launching straight in no preps?
Craig *blown out rear shocks they work so I leave em
Awesome build, used to see this thing rip down route 4 when I worked in Calvert county
Man that car is insane.
American engines and British bodies are a match made in a Heaven. Look at the AC Cobra.
Jason Woods, owner of Wizard Racecars in Louisiana. I remember his dad had a car just like this that he drag raced. BBC motor, tube chassis car. I think it ran 8s in the 1/4 mile. It’s been a long time since I seen it.
He has a Thames panel wagon, it’s still running, saw it at state capital raceway 2 weekends ago
That is an impressive ingenuity man you got some very clean craftsmanship with what you had to work with simple and functional overly functional:)👍
Totally UNDERCOVER😁🙏😇
“A ROCKET and a roll” awesome
That sir, is an engine with a on it. Most people have cars with engines "in" them.
I saw it at cars and coffee in Saint Marys County last year and was blown away! Nice guy and sweet ride.
Awesome build!!!!! 👌 looks amazing
Back in the 1970's I had a stock 1958 ford prefect. It had a flat head 4 banger with all of 36 hp and a 3 on the floor trans. A fun ride but very under powered.
Man that's nice. Reminds me of My old Austin Mini that someone put a 2l turbo Honda Civic engine in ;)
Ford Prefect, had one as a young man.
I have one just like that, same year, only a 2door, with LS
"The shocks are blown out but it works so i leave it" and in previous paragraphs said "hoping for 8's" fuckin champion man. If it aint broke dont fix it.
Pretty sweet little car I really like it😻
Damn that thing goes straight. He’s chilling when he floors it lol one arm out the window 😂😂
for such a short wheelbase it behaves pretty well
This is such a beautiful car👍🏻👍🏻
Such a rarity, great video!
That’s my dog! Great video Romeo and Craig!
thanks bro!
So cool and humble guy, props to the owner!
That is one awesome little death machine...love it
Sick build !!! It would be really cool to see if somebody could put a 13b turbo into something small like that.
This is the best build this year hands down!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡! Nothing else to say ❤️👏🏾🙏🏾🤴🏾🔥🥇🏆
Yeah in New Zealand we called them Prefect …..they were only lil 4 cylinder back in the day tho😂😂😂👍🏾. English petrol heads have modified them
Fantastic build!
I love this car.
Such a cool build, awesome!
Shout out to bro that little ride is pretty nasty 💪🏽
Sweet “little “ ride.

That car is badass ... Shit screams n only being a lil over 2k lbs. That's nuts. I would love to see this on the track turned up on e85
Cool lookin car👍👍
The way he explains the build and how much power it makes is low key funny af
Looks so cute, sounds so angry. Love it.
I love this car, the guy who did it seems real cool. Make sure to def do another collab at the track
BUT
No safety gear? on a road with opposite traffic? Cmon guys... :( Like cmon....
I'd drive that thing around just because it looks pretty cool even if it didn't have all that power.
Sick ride dude
I own one for a short time. It had the original 1200 cc flathead four-cylinder.
epic editing on the intro
I imagine this is what a chihuahua thinks it sounds like... but this thing is bark AND bite. GYAT DAMN!
Sweet ride!
Next step: Brakes upgrade!

The shocks aren't blown out if they work, they're custom spec race shocks 👌😂
It's the Twisted Tea catch can for me. 🤣 Lol love it!
