I knew I would be making lentil soup today, the minute I saw the thumbnail. I usually don't add any veggies except the onion, so I really liked that twist - you can't see them when it's blended but they make the soup so much richer. I had a tomato and left over celery that went in there in addition to the potato. I added cumin out of habit, but it was really good without any additional seasoning like you said. Thanks for a great video!

It was so meant to be to stumble upon my video! Exactly! They give it a nice creamy consistency😁I'm so glad you gave it a try and customized it to your liking! It's such a flexible soup especially when adding leftovers😁

Fabulous, just finished making your amazing lentil soup - since I had abit more potato, carrot and zucchini, I added a cup or so of coconut milk 🌴 - the consistency was beautiful, creamy and delicious - will make it again and again - hope it freezes well - like the other lady, would love your Grandma's hummus recipe or any of your Grandma's recipes for that matter - love the little gig (dancing) at the end - thx for posting - Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦

Hi! I was wondering if you could clear something up for me. When buying yellow lentils, do I buy moong dal or toor dal? I’ve tried to google this question but I just get more confused. Thanks!

Hi! I honestly have no idea😂 but one thing i suggest is to try different kinds and see which one you like more. Lentils are pretty forgiving in recipes😊
