    Interesting. Just drank a cup of Eastern White Pine Tree (10g) steeped in distilled water for 3-4 minutes, drank it, and definitely felt a decongestive effect along with mental clarity. Doing it for the Suramin mostly, but don't know how much suramin is even in it. If anyone knows please let me in on it.

    • @EccentricNature
      @EccentricNature  2 года назад +1

      It hard to find. I could barely find proper vitamin and mineral contents on pine needles. But from what I've gathered. suramin doesn't naturally come from pine needles. It is often combined with pine oil for use, but that's it.

    I wonder if pine nuts would have similar benefits. However, some people can’t eat certain varieties of pine nuts without getting “pine mouth”. I think I’ll stick with pine needle mulch, and pine tree hikes, and listening to pine trees on a breezy day. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲

    Plenty of pines around here. You need to do a live stream on how you tie your tie. Is it better to steep fresh needles, or will dry needles work as well?

    • @EccentricNature
      @EccentricNature  2 года назад

      The only thing about fresh needles is to make sure they are washed properly. You can use dry needles. If you are finding them while foraging, the same washing needs to happen. And they are dried it will change the properties slightly, but they will still be there.
