Have you tried the gyros from NYC halal carts? If so, do you know what the gyro meat is made of? Neither do I. This gyro meat recipe will reveal the secrets of how they make gyro meat, but its even better because you made it yourself! Try this homemade #beefgyro recipe #halalguys style, along with the #tzatzikisauce I made too. Let me know what you think of this recipe! Subscribe while you're here - it's completely free!
2 recommendations: 1.) It really is pronounced year-oh. 2.) Put the recipe in the description. In my experience, I watch more of these cooking videos if the ingredients are there without the sperate go to link. But I appreciate the video.....I'm definitely going to check out the Nan bread although NO one I know puts hot sauce on a gyro! Lol
@@WhatsCookingWithFariyal I really appreciate that. Knowing the “what” and “why” of what you’re doing in the cooking process helps you to translate those skills to another meal. 😉
@@reypurposedmade7626 That's very true. I know you like the science behind things. I like learning about this stuff myself and then sharing it on to others :)
Actually the Greeks make it out of layers of lamb, beef and pork!! The Donner from the Turkish ppl make it kam and beef, because they don’t eat pork!! The meat is sliced and put on a kebab, then slowly grilled!! You would member see ground beef anywhere, it’s just made like that here in the states!!!

Is the 2-recipe naan the same as the liquid dough paratha?
