I do similar to what C4 does, but make sure that I only draft to suit my 34 defence and the style of offence players I prefer (aka avoid speed rush ends, coverage OLB, prefer man corners etc.) Not exactly useful information, more just something to keep in mind
I'm a little harder with my draft grades myself.... very few positions do i let a c+ slide....te, s.... generally a good player at that position will have at least 1 c+ rating..... also oline, the 3rd attribute ive been seeing more c+'s. For oline though if their impact block is less than b- i won't draft em. Furthermore... for the combine ---40 dash= spd rating, vertical= jump, not sure for broad jump, 3 cone = agility, 20 yd sprint or whatever = acceleration, bench= strength.... don't draft any oline with terrible bench reps.... don't draft rb's whose 3rd grade is below a b+ (rb's are a dime a dozen). same with wr's ... except you can drop that to a b... and draft your scheme fit. Or make a 3-4 lb a 4-3 de... make a 3-4 de a 4-3dt ... big, strong corners become great s's. oline and lb's are interchangeable for the most part.... there's more, but this is already a novel
E Money depends what you're using the 3-4 de for..... generally they'll be around 300 lbs, run a 4.7 or worse. They will be a better fit as a dt in a 4-3. Play around with it.
If I draft an inverse position on the field, RT with LT requirements, could I move them to that side and they be good or will they have a bad overall either way
Honestly, offensive linemen are super interchangeable. I've drafted guards with good pass block and moved them to LT with no change in overall. The only hard part about linemen is trying to find the higher development traits. Drafting an 80 overall with Normal is great, but he's only going to grow to like an 85. Getting a 77 with Quick or Superstar will get you the Joe Thomas level of players, and because they're not skill players and aren't mentioned in the news during career, it's basically a crap shoot to find the good development traits. I always draft 2 to 4 linemen a year, regardless of need, to try and find a good development on even one of them. I'll gladly trade away my Normal Devs every year until I get 5 Quick or Superstar linemen that can grow into a beast o-line.

Any offensive lineman with a high combine is a beast, 5th round center with atleast a 6 grade is guaranteed steal
Swear to god this channel has helped me so much and made me love madden more
Let's be honest especially Madden 18 the scouting system was pretty easy to figure out
His guide is amazing. Today I drafted a 81 overall superstar (#2 overall) TE in the 5th round.
I still play this game I have 21 and 22 but this one is just funner to play
I generally draft really well following my scheme, but any extra help is always welcome.

I normally with TE is draft a WR with height that normally slower then I like in Wide out works great. Can find a 80 to 85 in rounds 3-6.

For offensive linemen and defensive tackles absolutely. Not really for any other position.
Nope. 0 strength but 99 pass block will still block a lineman for ages
