I did one recently. I heated the bottom bearing in the bbq for 5 to 10 mins. I put the races in the deep freeze for a couple hours. Aside from removing the crown race from the lowers it was pretty simple. I went all balls set. Like a new bike. I just take the bearing and force it into the grease tub....then remove excess and call it good.
