TBH Jim, I’ve found your product reviews super helpful. They got me over the line on buying a CZ457 … and I now have 2, plus that was what my son got as his first rifle (because they are so so nice). And then the HIKMICRO Alpex - your reviews are insightful and frank and I trust your judgment and am grateful for all the good advice that I’ve got from you. I've been doing a lot of shooting at night with the CZ and hik alpex LRF...good fun and bloody cold lol Anyway, keep up the excellent vids 👍

The Alpex is a cracking scope I've got the new 4k lrf which is on my .223 so there will be video's to come with that as well. Ever since I've seen one of your videos Jim , I've enjoyed the content you've shown us ( me ) . When it comes to product reviews, I always give you a thumbs up, because I realize that the camera work and editing you have to do, is work, and I think you should be complimented for that work, and if that particular product doesn't appeal to me, I merely skip on to the end anyway. You keep them coming along Jim, I for one, never get 'bored' with your videos,.... just like 'our David's good stuff 99.9% of the time. :) Why 99.9 percent, because nobody is perfect🤣🤣

The new scope arrives at home for free 👍 but how much does it cost in ammo and time/fuel to get a decent amount of footage to use ? And who pays for that ?? We do. Not HikMicro , Pulsar, OneLeaf etc….. I’m happy going it alone on reviews and not being a paid consultant, because then if the product is crap, two things will happen. 1. I’ll refuse to use it. And I’ve done that, in fact I’ve got a set of crap electronic binoculars if anyone wants them. 2. Of the products aren’t that good, I’ll tell you, there’s no point telling folks this is the best thing out there, when it’s not ! We are the ones who won’t be trusted again. They are the ones who get paid and the reason why I don't. Still like you I'm happy with that. In my opinion being an independent reviewer is the best way. If I want to get paid the company I would apply for a job with them end of. And yes definitely would like to do another video together at some point mate 👍
Jim, you don't need to explain what goes on your channel and why, it's your channel, if your getting people having a go at your videos then it's their problem. It's got nothing to do with them if you get paid or not, just do what you enjoy doing and don't let small minded people get to you, i personally dont watch video's reviewing equipment but that's my choice and I certainly don't go on at the person putting the video on. You've got a great little channel so head up and keep going, on another note I want to see a shotgun video of yours you were getting nearly as good as me 😂👍

I have gone away from my own stuff because of the reviews but I am getting back into my own video's after these next 2 reviews. Like I said in the video I agreed with what he said and I can take constructive criticism and would like people to say what they would like me to do just like you did with the shotgun shooting. Oh and I am as good as you 😂😂. Trouble is I don't have any crops to shoot over which is a pain but you never know what might come my way.
