@@Krimr01234you only need 40ish dex for the damage to be very good still. The hypersrmor or 2h and ash is insanely op, which is why so many and I mean SO MANY players pvp with it. Like every 4 players have this and rakshasa. It’s like Elden ring herpes 😅

@@Archduketank7878 Will do hah. I think 168 kinda waivers in activity. Some days it's busy and some days it is very slow. I have been invading at this level for over 2 years so I don't really know how popular it is at other levels
Simply going around cutting the weeds of the Lands Between, they're abundant yet plentiful to cut down, very pleasant. (Also you can parry weed cutter if someone tries doing it to you. It's scary, depending on latency, but it is possible)

This weapon was already good but after the buff it might actually be the best invasion weapon in the game, at least when it comes to somber weapons anyway. Seriously this sword is a must-have on any dex build.
@@pitshoster401 Yeah they really gave an already top tier weapon am AoW buff lol. I'm not complaining, since I loved this GK from the first time I used it, but it's funny that they buffed this and didn't touch some other weapons, that are in desperate need of a buff.

I used it in my light load build (dryleaf hat, hornsent robe, bandits manchettes and the sanguine noble waistcloth) and it Made light load pvp bearable
I think i will use it in my bleedind samurai build and the dragon great katana too. I couldn't use them before because my first run was a magical samurai build
@@davidfalloutbandit Hopefully they don't nerf it too much, but a slight nerf is probably deserved for the AoW. The weapon is really good, but doesn't feel unbalanced or broken like Backhand Blades for example.
This weapon is a masterpiece. For invaders with stacked odds against them, this weapon feels like it can handle anything. I hard swap to Sword of Night, GK with Piercing Fang, Claws of Night, Smithscript Dagger. Covers shield users, long distance punishes, bleed, roll catch mixups. As a first time Dex user in the DLC, it's been so nice having all the utility.
You're also really making me want to take my RL 139 build up to 166 as I continue to play the DLC. I've never gone that high before, and the DLC is showering us with runes. I feel like it would be fun to level up a bit more as I beat the content. I came into the DLC at RL 95 and leveled up pretty quickly to 139, but I've stayed here to experiment with the PvP bracket.
@@Squammish Well said man. All the weapons you listed have such good utility in invasions. As for Rune level, I've been playing at 168 since forever and never really felt the need to change the bracket.
@@UncleGael1999 How do you find the hosts? Is it mostly organic invasions? DLC has improved the game in that regard, but I wouldn't mind catching hosts in NG+.
@@UncleGael1999 that's good to hear. I'm finding 125-150 is actually full of trolls at times, as it's a range full of PvP minded players. Going up I might catch more casuals who aren't paying attention to level.
