I had the privilege of working on the crew in Chicago in 1984 1985. I was also a guitar player. Frank was my favorite. Overall the best. And the coolest one I've ever seen live. His live shows and the band would tear the roof off any venue. My prayers are with you and God bless you and your friends and family. A Legend. He changed guitar forever. Thank you.

So sad to here about Frank's illness. I was one of the lucky ones to grow up listening to Frank Morino and Mahogany Rush. We listened to his first Live album, AMAZED at what we were listening to. Growing up in a small town in Indiana not very many people had heard of his band. WE WERE THE LUCKY FEW! GOD BLESS FRANK, HIS FAMILY and FRIENDS. HE WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS FOR SURE.
Sad news indeed. My prayers go out to Frank and his family. I hope that a miraculous recovery does happen, and he is able to live a long and happy life. God bless.

Hey Russ. Thanks for everything! I saw them first time 1975. Many times after. Spoke with Jimmy Ayoub And he was so cool to us. Had chance to speak to Frank. I couldn’t. I just didn’t wanna bother the man. Anyway thanks for all you do. God bless and Rock on! I have 1 picture from 75. A festival Aerosmith headlined. I got a lot more from Juggernaut era. The best thing about the internet is youtube. And people like you. Again all Gods blessings!
I was fortunate to see Frank play a small club in Monroeville, PA, Stage One, back in the day (mid 80s?). It was and still is the single most electrifying guitar performance I have ever witnessed. Thanks, Frank and God bless you.
Thanks for putting this up Russ. I nearly wept when I read this on Frank’s site the other day 😔😢 After so many years enjoying the music, all the interviews, meet n greets after the shows, etc., this news is just devastating. However, not knowing the nature of his calamity, we’ll be praying for a miraculous recovery nonetheless!
Thank you Frank for all you have done over the years. You will always be remembered by how you did your way inspire of all those who had similar sound. I have always been in awe of guitar licks that flowed out you. Once again thank you who are and who's you are. Take care and always in my prayers.
Damn...I never got to see Frank live...I had tickets to see him in Westland MI, it got canceled twice because of the pandemic lockdowns. Such a sad day for the talented music industry. I am so sorry, Frank.
I ordered a Frank Marino 8 track when I was 12 or 13 didn’t even know who he was! Been a fan since but never seen him play, now it’s too late. Sad day for a rock n roll king.

2/26/2024 now and Frank is still with us, i pray he is improving medically to continue doing what he loves and that is to perform.
