Right hand of a god. No joke, when anyone asks me what the hardest song to play is, it's bleed. The riffs are easy individually, but it is really a long rhythmic/endurance excercise. I've seen people who can shred some yngwie licks without breaking a sweat that can't make it to the first verse of bleed.
@@DericBham and it's not even just the fact that it's gallops. It's that you have to completely rethink how you do gallops. Mentally move away from the years of learning Iron Maiden style gallops and adopt a full alternating picking style gallop to pull off bleed right. I've heard it referred to as "the Swedish gallop". lol
@@Rhyzen That's a fair contender....god i love that song haha. Personally, bleed was much harder to get right, though. Especially the middle parts of the song. I had a hell of a time with trying to count and get the timing right.
The craziest shit about this song is that covering this, i can tell you're locked tf in cause this song is insanity. Like, utter insanity to play without being the one who wrote it yourself to know EXACTLY when those changes hit. But imagine playing this while headbanging and strobe lights are flashing all around you in front of 30k ppl. All Hail Meshuggah. Absolutely amazing cover man.
Thats insane man, i would love to be able to play this song one day. Its insane they play this song several times a week on tour, the stamina is unreal
I'm shocked by your words you guys. I wasn't expecting that appeal. Until the next one \m/

Gallops are the greatest forearm workout lol
