"It shows anyone can be a celebrity in Australia" No Paul, it shows there's still a glimmer of hope for genuine satirical comedy that isn't limited to fluffy jokes that won't upset the poor little dears.
Why would people think all the Chaser's sketches interacting with the public are supposed to be "real" and spontaneous? They're making a comedy show, so why wouldn't they stage some stuff for comedic effect? In fact, why would some stuff being "fake" make them less funny? I mean, people honestly thought it was really likely that Anthony Mundine just happened to be in that Mosque when the Chaser showed up?
That boxer thing was so clearly fake though - why would he have been there? Especially while they were doing a boxing sketch? You'd have to be an idiot to think it was pure chance.
Please come back. You guys are everything

The car wash in the scene at 8:25 is a Washtec Softcare Juno with blue and red SofTecs brushes.
This is the greatest novelty account of all time.
I love how at 8:15 the ad at the movies is the ad they road tested later on
Wish this show came back.
They still have a podcast atleast
24:15 I remember when Coles supermarkets looked like that.
I love the coffee ad road test! I'd laugh so hard if I saw that live (even if I didn't know who they were)
26:11 "F@$k off" lol!
Love the crazy warehouse guy
Thanks for the upload!

That's just his style of humor. You should've heard him at question time.
Not the first time they attempted to meet Paul Keating
season 1 ep 15 11:18
So Julian was literally a Chaser.
And surely things like Dancing With the Stars and Celebrity Apprentice are much better examples of how anyone can be a celebrity.
OH SHIT SPEED CAMERAS! XD
