Hunting giant Ibex

In this episode of Nick’s Wild Ride, Nick is once again hunting in the dangerous mountains of Kyrgyzstan for Mid-Asian Ibex. There are 5 sub-species of ibex and the Mid-Asian ibex is the largest of them all. The horns of a Mid-Asian ibex are some of the most impressive horns you will ever see on a wild animal, growing as long as 60 inches! In this episode, Nick must brave harsh weather, extreme mountains, and riding for miles on horseback. In the end, the extra effort paid off.
While hunting in Kyrgyzstan, Nick got to enjoy some of the most unique food he has ever had the privilege of eating including Marco Polo soup and fermented horse milk.
