I was lucky enough to assist my dad, who was a pilot of 65 years, an aircraft mechanic, and licensed inspector, rebuild many antique aircraft, including a 1929 Brunner Winkle Bird biplane. As Mike Patey says, "Let's get back to work"!

SO, over on Trent's post, since you're getting help from Kitfox, we need a race between you and Steve Thorne, aka Flight Chops, to see who gets finished first. You and the Flying Cowboys getting PhoenixFox into the air, or Steve getting he and his team to get the RV finished first. That's a race I want to see happen via RUclips. I winced and OMFGd over all the xrays and checkins through Trent's reports, and was so amazed to see you progress, heal, and walk!, and of course start building this dream

Great work Nikk, so awesome to see that you are doing so well! I had a plane crash 6 months ago and had many of the same injuries that you did, 2 shattered ankles, broken ribs and sternum, bruised heart, punctured lung, facial tears etc, etc. I opted to have my right leg amputated below the knee due to blood loss so I know how hard you have been working through your rehab. It's a tough and frustrating road so it's so good to see you back walking around and building the new Kit fox! All the best brother and look forward to following the channel. Cheers from Australia. I like the workmanship that goes into a Kitfox. Rigging the wings was a interesting process and made easy, given the right tools ($$) for the job!
