@VINSMOKE_BLACKLEG Tekking's theory on the matter was that 4Kids skipped the arc to get to Drum Island faster in order to introduce Chopper and have him be a merchandise cash cow. There's little evidence as to WHY they did it however the company has made a lot of questionable decisions. 4Kids also turned Laboon into an iceberg...so if they got to Thriller Bark it would be weird to hear Brook talk so fondly about seeing...his iceberg again.

@@pegasBaO23 Ya, but look at everyone that's learned it so far (and I actually had to refer to the wiki for this because I was confirming for myself). You can't call many of the list of users cowardly, except perhaps Momo, but he's still got conviction.
As for Galdino, and all of Buggy's Main Crew, they're fairly weak-willed when put up against any sort of power that they recognize as stronger than them. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm perfectly alright with it if Oda is saving some surprises from these characters for a reveal where everyone is kind of sitting on them, believing them to be weak, only for them to bust out Haki, secret moves, new techniques. It would be epic to see them become powerhouses like all of their followers think they are, especially someone like Alvida, who does have a decent amount of skill and strength.
@@tawnyclawx In that same list you have Usopp as well, who could also be percieved as weak willed, but isn't.
And Galdino going through Impel Down and Marine Ford and surviving and even helping, I wouldn't call him weak willed, cowardly, yes, but not weak willed, same goes for Buggy. So those two can train up to have haki.
Alvida almost certainly would have trained for haki if she learns about it.

Always said it from the start galdino was the most underrated character in one piece! his devil fruit is OP and he actually beat the whole straw hats crew earlier in the series, he also helped luffy escape from impel down and rescued ace. He doesn't get enough credit!
Your so True wish Oda would make him more relevant to the series rather than make him shine for 1 episode.
Another thing that isn't really touched upon but could also apply is that wax is an extreme insulator of heat and cold. You can easily tell cause you can grab a lit candle easily. So a house from wax would be very cozy.
On that another weakness that unfortunately luffy doesn't seem to have is cold. Rubber loses it's elasticity in the cold.

Dude! 3 days ago i was in a heavy discussion with friends because Mr. 3 was my #10 (Top 10 OP-characters).
Everybody forgets his crucuial roles in Luffys story. He made a key for Ace to free himself AND he made an armor for Luffy to fight Magellan. I also really like his voice and would eat the wax wax fruit myself.
I’ve always thought his name being Galdino would be fitting!

Most paraffin waxes have a flash point around 395°F. When it reaches its flash point it may not smoke or bubble, it will usually just explode, splattering flaming wax in all directions.
Or more likely it just turns other thing into wax giving you more resources to work with like the other paramecia awakenings we have seen

Or be able to bullet time and move your organs out of the way with healing wax in your body. Certain waxes are believed to have healing properties- the Egyptians saw honey and beeswax as spiritual and a royal delicacy. But I’d like to see an upgrade to logia/ s paramecia

Have you even read one piece, like 500 chapters later from the arc Galdino was in oda reunited him, Bon chan, corodile, Daz bones all in impel down, these were the only ones shown because they were the only members of baroque works with noticeable bounties therefore they were the only ones to appear in impel down, the others are on alabasta or the east blue there’s literally no explanation on how they’d be able to come in contact with Luffy when he’s over half way across the grand line. Other than any other baroque works members than 0, 1, 2, 3 are just too weak which is why they’re not seen, because they don’t have the strength to travel across the grand line and come in contact with luffy

Luffy has Red hawk.
Zoro has Ottoryu Hiryu: Kaen.
Sanji has Diable Jambe.
Even Usopp always had his Firebird star (allthough I don't know if he still use these after he switch to his pop greens) and Nami has heat balls, so she could bring up a heat wave (not sure if she can reach really high temperatures, like the temperature in Impel down).
Edit: I just remembered Usopp has that pop green that exploded. I think he used it agains Daruma (the digging fishman) after Chopper connected all the tunnels.

It's very easy to remove that wax from your floor. Place a white cloth towel over it. Next apply heat to it with a clothing iron. It'll melt the wax and allow the towel to absorb it. 👍🏾

Wax is an extremely poor conductor of heat so it takes a while for the heat from the outside to seep in. You can notice this because when you have a burning candle you can easily just grab it without any ill effects.

@@markyates9712 Eric the whirlwind, some filler villain from the warship island arc with the sickle-sickle fruit who jumped on the going merry while the crew were travelling up the red line, and got kicked off the side of the ship by nami into the rapidly flowing current. And since hes a DF user that means he presumably died as a result

Many of the logias use their powers to travel. Like with Ace and Galdino stated before, Eneru with the Arc Maxum powered by lightning, Kuzan's bike using an ice path created, and Smoker's motercycle. It is rather interesting.
Galdino was always my favorite baroque works member, with mister 2 being second. Both are wacky and funny, as well as bad ass at times. It's such a shame that he's so easily forgotten. Like, without him Luffy might've died bunch of times in impel down, he freed Ace and wax wax fruit is pretty good devil fruit. It's pretty good for offensive and defensive and you can create stuff with it. Granted, Owen's fruit is it's natural enemy and wax can melt, but other than this it's pretty good. Although I never understood why Galdino was working for desert guy when his weakness is heat.
Now that I think about you're right why was he working with a guy who loves the heat maybe crocodile forced him

His awakening would be terrifying! Think about, awakening affect the surrounding area of the user; The Wax Wax Awakening: Melting Candles, his flame enlarges and everything around the user begins to melt as if a candle! The larger his flame the faster things melt! Drawback- he melts too. So it last as long as hen can.
If they learned armament haki, uses it on his head and he might be able to melt things hella fast! Really scary!
I always watch your videos for the energy and fun take on things, especially love how you make a voice for every single charecter.

Also why fruits like this or Persopero (pretty similar in my opinion) are not like Katakuri's? Why Katakuri has a special paramecia where he can transform himself in Mochi but Galdino and Perospero can't transform in wax or candy? I guess it's just based in Oda's will for the plot.

No. I too wish to smell the candles. Probably are not scented. But it would be bitching if it also smelled nice.
One important thing to have in mind is that many fruits can be used in the same way
For an example Luffy and Katakuri, their fruits are completely different, but because of their personality they tend to use it in the same way
If some other person ate the wax fruit they could use it just like Luffy or Galdino depending on their preference
I could definetily see a prison keeper use the wax fruit and try to cage in the other pwrson by using the cuffs only. Galdino is an artist thats why he likes to sculpt. Others might never use it to it to have beautiful figures and houses. Maybe just the mosy basic shapes

Tekking! Take a rag or small towel drape it over and press an iron over it. The heat from the iron will remelts that and the rag or towel will absorb the wax from the carpet. Make sure it's a rag or towel you don't want anymore!!

it's very similar to the candy fruit. he's just a lot more artistic with the way he uses it. also if he could use haki armament like Perospero they could have a massive fight like Smoker and Sabo
15:16- I think that's only when Mr. 3 is still in contact with it, so when he made the armor for Luffy he had to make the legs with a more spring-like mechanism so that it wouldn't hamper Luffy's movements.

22:43 The wax actually burns cleanly (without smoke) after it turns into a gas (Otherwise it would condense on the ceiling).
Use a damp white cotton towel, fold it in half and place it over the wax. Then use an iron over the towel on max heat until the wax is completely gone. 10 seconds at a time so you don't burn the towel. I tried this at home and it works wonders

Galdino was super useful during both impel down and marineford. Having him on the team is pretty useful.
I think that his fruit has flexibility since the guy with the candy fruit maded a rolling stair perfectily functional out of candy.

Tekking’s pic of those candles reminded me of my county af childhood. It triggered me.
I don't think Tekking is gonna read it since this is an old vid, but I just wanted to say if you wanted to learn how to whistle try to make a note with your mouth and just keep blowing in different angles in a small "o" shape until you get that note. You can do it whenever, when you're about to sleep, when you're editing, or basically whenever your mouth is free. Then once you make a sound, then remember that formation with your mouth and try to move your mouth slightly to get a different note. *There really is no one way to learn besides just playing with your mouth*.
