Mary Engelbreit was my Mom's absolute favorite. Her whimsy is wonderful. Great shopping!

Lovely finds at Goodwill. I really like the bee pillow, but I think the kitty has claimed that one. 😊

I love thrifting. I agree all Good Will prices have shot up, closer to Antique store prices now.
I don't frequent the Trader Joe's, because of the prices. I am glad you got a few things at good prices.

You could poke a few holes in the top. of the coffee pods with a toothpick, and use it like a teabag?

I agree with you on the produce packaging.

Good video. I use tahini in my cookies instead of peanut or nut butters. Very unique flavor.

That is a great idea! I have never tried that but it sounds like it would add a great flavor to a cookie. What’s the worst that could happen? I mean it’s flour sugar and butter 🧈 you could mix that up with just about anything and make it taste good! Lol. 🍪

Do like I do and keep a small cooler, or a insulated bag in case you find cold stuff when out shopping 🛍

Great idea Ms Pam! I am going to start keeping a smaller cooler bag in my truck. ❤️

I can’t really remember when was the last time I went to Trader Joe’s. Apparently it was a long time ago. I think your kitty just called dibs on that pillow 🤣. I do love those bottles with the swing top caps. Good finds Ms Julie.

Love seeing thrift hauls - but I too think it is getting so expensive that it is not even worth it half the time.. You have great taste so I knew You will pick up some great pieces and I wasn't wrong :)

I miss Trader Joes!!! Almost all of my groceries came from there or our local organic co-op, I seldom went to the mainstream grocery store. Now I live 400 miles from them so Azure Standard it is. Fair tradeoff, but I still miss them.

I only get to go to Trader Joe’s about twice a year since we only have one here in Arkansas I have to drive over an hour to get there but I love just looking at all the stuff they have. Hoping to find some neat low carb or keto items there this next time I get to go. Which is soon!

Would have to drive an hour and 1/2 to get to a Trader Joe’s. I actually have never bothered to go. Prices seem about average for produce. I thought you did very well at the good will. The cornucopia basket is great for the fall

That's my big beef about TJ's too. All the dang packaging. They've always individually packaged everything, I don't understand why. It's just an unnecessary added waste, cost, and hormone disruption. I don't shop there. If I ever stop in it's for flowers, pork belly, nuts, and condiments/sauces/dips. They have a pretty good cheese section too and I have found some good quality salami at a pretty good price. It's been years since I've been to TJ's.

I live I Virginia and the goodwill stores are so pricey! Also the ones here are so greedy that they don’t give you the color of the day off hard goods. Only for clothes!

    • @RowCoFarms
      @RowCoFarms  Год назад

Same! They are asking a whole lot of money for things that a few months ago cost half the price. You definitely have to hunt for a good deal.

Trader Joe’s can be pricy depending on what you get. I only go every few months when I workmen that area. We do not have a TJs close by to us. There are a few things I get each time I should there. I like there olive oils. I like their balsamic vinegar (the one you purchased). InthinknthenGoodwillnstores are getting very pricy. I don’t understand why it has to be that way. 🤦‍♀️

Girl I am here in south Texas and my goodwill has gone crazy with prices as well! $2 for a pint canning jar😳 I don’t have a Trader Joe’s but can you or anyone tell me if your Salvation Army has lost their mind on prices? I Don’t understand why so many people are shopping at mine because the houseware items as well as furniture is so crazy in price a pan 9 x 13 from Pioneer women Brand new is $18 . they have it for $30 as well as generic pie pans for $20 a piece! Thank you for your videos
