Hey there, watch your videos and like the content. I used your code and got one of these knobs. I paid for it using PayPal with different email but same address. After order, I didn’t get a confirmation email at all for 3 days so I messaged them. They still couldn’t find me and actually questioned if I actually ordered from them. So I sent them the PayPal screen shot so they finally found me. Basically accusing me for being stupid to use a different email from PayPal.
Then I asked them to ship a bit faster if they can for the inconvenience of them not sending e confirmation etc.
I got a response back saying it wasn’t their fault I used different email than my PayPal email.
I mean what the ??? This is not good customer service at all! So I would be concerned if you are referring people to this business

To be honest Enhance has been very good and responsive so far regarding their customer service experience.
I’m sorry this happened to you.
It seems like there is a miscommunication somewhere in the transaction and you happened deal with the wrong person.
I will share your experience with them so they know to improve their customer service.

Cannot find my order after me contacting them and ask me if I am sure I ordered from them!
Then I had to show them a PayPal screen shot and finally they found the order which shows they could have found the order with my address!
And to respond to me when I asked them if they can be a bit more prompt in shipping my order a bit faster , not a discount or anything. They responded
“ it wasn’t our fault you used different email addresses”… I mean that is not good customer interaction anywhere!

It boggles my mind that all of you Tesla disciples praised Tesla and gave it a pass for forgoing actual functionality (buttons and switches) by making every single & simple command/function done through multiple swipes on a screen - only for you later to shop for aftermarket workarounds like it's some revolutionary fix and post it on the internet. Stupid is, as stupid does...I guess.
The benefits outweigh the frustrations, these things alleviate some of them.

I'm well aware why people are doing this aftermarket hack. 🙄 That isn't the reason for my post, man. The crux of my post is people (Tesla owners) are so fixated on joining the 'me too' Tesla club they forgone better judgment and are saddled with, to use your word "frustrations" for such mundane commands as a turn signal stalk, HVAC buttons, glove compartment button, etc. Here's a thought, just don't buy the vehicle until that moron Musk finally gets the message that everything should not be done through a screen and bring back essential buttons. The EU is already forcing Tesla to bring back essential buttons. I applaud them for it.
