Keep It SImple, Keep It Sweet....
Thanx for posting this. I had a bit of a mishap with my truck which resulted in bending the bumper and the bottom of the rad support panel. I would have just fixed it but it was a little on the rusty side, so I opted to replace it. I found a good used one that also had a perfect A-C condenser with it so....Since it looks relatively straight-forward, it will be going in to the truck this week. - even though I am pretty sure I will be fighting rusted body bolts etc.
Yea specially the lower ones
@@DrivenbyGears did you have to put in any shims to get the core support to fit in.
Great vid. I need one NOW! Just failed PA inspection today…guy said it’s rotted at frame rails. Ordered from LMC today. How long did your take?
I have universal Griffin rad with home-made aluminum brackets, so that will take time to redo.
Thanks
So I have to attach the core to the body on top then jack that up to get the rubber bushings in the bottom? At this time I cannot get it to fit
Did you do the "clutch fan delete" at the same time as replacing support? Was curious if there's a specific kit or list of parts to buy to do all of this properly. I got a used core support from a parts place. Need a new radiator because my existing one got pretty bent up in crash. Would you recommend doing the clutch fan delete at the same time since I need a larger radiator for the electric fans? Really appreciate any, and all help / suggestions!
Do the thicker mounts go on the top ?
I beleive they were longer
We’re did u order it from can u provide me with the link
I dig the flag
