Thanks, I just took this truck to Anza Borego desert and was very capable for my needs. This 1 ton has, stock 4.10 gears with limited slip so for those $40,000 mall rigs they can all go pound sand. Run what you brung!
Truck is holding up fine. I’ll go off trail for some recreational shooting with friends and I’ll carry my lance camper as a family vacation. Not a problem.
Hey did your factory spindle bolts fit into the aftermarket ones? I have some now and the bolt holes on the aftermarket spindle look smaller than factory. The where the abs connects to.
I tried coil spacers first and did not like them. Ball joint travel clearance issues. Didn’t want to mess with ball joint spacers that’s why I went with spindle lift instead.
@@garageassembled4701 do you have to run a spacer to get stock wheels to fit again I have a c3500 dually and wondering cause if backspacing if I do no biggie just wanting to know if I have too
I have a 3 inch leveling kit on my front spring. Should I take that out? My truck is a 1998 C2500, I assumed it would work the same I would just need to compress a little more in order to fit the spindle but then again I don't have the most experience when it comes to this stuff. Do I have to take it out in order to install the lift spindle?
I was looking at these. I ended up with 2” coil spacers and ball joint spacers. Works well for my needs.
Leave the shocks on while removing the spindle and it keep the spring secured
All the comments about it being 2wd lol
It’s your truck, who the fuck cares?
They made we get a 4.5” lift for a third of the price? I think so.

Did the 2 inch blocks in the rear level the truck? Or would you need to go larger like a 3 inch in the back?
Can we get an update on how they are holding up now?

What brake setup is that on the front? Looks like you found a way to avoid buying drw disks
Stock brake components with longer brake lines.
can you send me the link to where you purchased the kit at please? i cant seem to find one anywhere and would greatly appreciate the help.
The kit was from spindle source on eBay. Looks like there is still product available.
do you recommend having coil spacers with the spindle lift ?
No, I found coil spacers with my truck interfered with upper ball joint clearance issues. Took them out.
Hey just subscribed, would really like to purchase a set, can't find any for my 99 3500. Who is your source?
Why would you need to lift the front of a 2wd 1ton truck?, do you need the 4x4 look without the extra weight?
Ground clearance?
where did you get your Spindle for the lift?

Unbolt the abs from the dust shield and ring slips over spindle and a bolt holds it to the spindle.
Can you use both spacers and spindles

Spindles on dually are different than single so I would not know. It’s all about trial and error. Take a swing at it and find out.

My spindle is turned to a weird angle and my camber is messed up and alignment shop doesn't know what to do any advice
If your parts are damaged then you need to replace.
@@garageassembled4701 it's all new suspension with a 2 inch lift
Is that a extended control arm? For upper and bottom?
Stock upper and lower a arms. Spindle source brand spindle from eBay .
What size springs are you using? Stock height springs? Or lift springs.
Springs are stock. Coil spacers don’t.
Are 2wd dually and non dually front spindles the same? I'm wondering if I could lift my dually the same way.
I believe they are. It’s the dually front wheel spacer that is needed
@@garageassembled4701 I guess they're out of stock
