I think my neurodivergent brain needs NO explanation about the list 5 draft 5. Makes total sense. If i told myself ok I need to list 35 listings this week, I'd feel overwhelmed, I'd start strong then likely not do anymore for days and panic at the end of the week or make myself feel crap for not fulfilling. Create a simple process, allow it to become a habit then you can build from that. It's the reset, I get it 🤗 keep it up x consistency wins.

Hi, I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I think you’re awesome. I’ve been reselling for about 6 ish years and I’ve learnt so much from you in the last few months. I totally get your new strategy it’s been working for me for quite some time. We all struggle in one way or another although not everyone will admit it. Hat off to you keep doing what your doing xx

I'm still starting out. Selling around taxi driving. I'm going to use your new method but going to start with 3. I've got adhd or so Im told over and over lol. Sounds like a good idea filling up the draft bank so on the days I do more I can always have 3 going live a day. Noice.

Once again, you've helped me out without knowing it. I never thought to do draught listing. I've always done scheduled listing, but I don't think it's good for the algorithm of eBay. Now I can change the way I list. Thanks brother 🙏

@@Wheretheresmuck I find scheduling a great way of listing items. I don't sell a great deal but I do try and do all the work in one go, schedule to list 1 or 2 a day , put items in draft if I need to do a bit more research etc. So I'll, do a weeks work on the weekend if I can and always have something in drafts. I'm just a part timer but have alot of respect for people who do this for a living as it's hard work!!

In my humble opinion, to be successful you have to do what ever works best for YOU. Humans are not robots, we are all different, wired differently and therefore work differently. There is no one size fits all so find a way that works for YOU and do it that way! Ignore the negatives and think only positives is a sure fire way to success!

Hey Ricky, Hope everythings going good in your reset. Just a Quick message to say Thanks for in depth chats on your videos. I dont know what happened to you in the last few months but i have notice a change in your videos and honestly i went from watching the odd video to first thing i do when i get up is watch your video to give me the inspiration to do the same. I started reselling in April and i have had a lot of support from other resellers i have met locally to me, but i have gained most of my inspiration through your videos recently and my sales have improved. Last months was my best month so far done over £1k. I can relate to all your Quirks you speak about in the videos about getting distracted with things it annoys me so much that i get distracted as easy but helps to know its manageable. Sorry for the big story but i just wanted to say thanks, and i hope 2025 is a great year for you and your family. Always keeping an eye on your vinted as im looking to pick something up i like to support you. Good Luck and Thanks again 🤘

Another great vlog Ricky, please bear with me as this has taken me a few days to write. You are the same age as my eldest son and I can see so much of him in you.I am 63 and also ADHD but not diagnosed , my youngest son is also ADHD but God bless him struggled through and is a psychologist and through him constantly asking me I got to “speak” with my GP and got a referral but it will be years before a clinical diagnosis that is the state of our mental health service now in the UK .
There is nothing wrong with any of us neuro divergents we were/are the artists the seers the empaths of this hijacked world.
If I break the head off a bolt I will go right off the deep end and lob a spanner across the plantroom.. That said any major catastrophe I will walk through the gates of hell no problem..I know I have urgent things to do BUT I can easily spot a side quest and do that instead.Yesterday I was waiting for an Amazon delivery it said betweeen 9 am and 10 pm I was prepared to sit and wait all day in one spot for a bloody Beanie hat.I have wrecked my relationships over this as I could not relate to the neuro typical world, Yes addiction is also a killer I have myself battled gambling but still battle alcohol has a grip on me.Once a job becomes boring I have to move on regardless of the financial consequences. On the major plus sides we as a people are also more attuned to our surroundings and people around us. We sense far far more than neuro typicals and can sense when a situation or person is just not right. In any situation we have two sides of our brain acting independently and therefore making what seem rapid on the spot random decisions about people and places but it isn’t and more often than not we are correct. As a final message check your surname.. Mine is German and if you go back it means Defender/Protector.. as in my ancestors were the people who would be the ones aware of and sense what was going on outside the village etc just embrace the fact you are “different” you sense and see more of this world and what is in it than others , follow your dream, go sit in the forest and follow the stream, we were never ever meant to sit behind a desk and do what some person who thinks they have control tells you or I what to do.I hope that you Ricky or others can see that you are far from alone I am just happy for you that you have the diagnosis and can receive the help but direction to guide you through the better life I haven’t had.

    • @RickyResells
      @RickyResells  4 дня назад

Hi mate, thank you so much for the message
I appreciate the words that you’ve said and I can relate and understand
On your last part, though I am in fact undiagnosed I don’t need the diagnosis to know that I’ve got it. I only want the diagnosis (which I’ve been waiting five years for now) in order to try and get some kind of help
Save me from going on the black market for medication
Not even that I’m that keen on taking medication, but I just want to see what quality of life it gives and any other advice they can give
I’ve raw dog for 37 years now I’m sure I can manage a few more
Keep bright, stay positive and all the best mate

I’m not brand new to this game. I’m not looking for best practices. I’m just sharing what’s working for somebody who falls off of the listing side of things i’m sharing my way of implementing a structure to get back into the swing of consistent listing

I get it, what you’re saying is quite simple, you explained it perfectly well. To attempt to explain it to “those at the back of the class” becomes a waste of time and energy - they’ll never understand. Some people will simply never get it.
