Located right in the heart, I mean literally centre of Ara Damansara surrounded by the main connection road, this project has received contradicting verdicts.
In comparison to the surrounding competitors, H20's facility deck is not as extensive which does not fully reflect what they market initially. Although located in the entrance of Ara Damansara, it's impossible to access all public amenities by foot as it's difficult to cross the busy street. Also, there are several design hiccups such as the lack of foyer, the low ceiling height, dark corridors and etc.
However, the ROI of the project is amazing as the demand for space is high within that area. As there are a few international schools and MNC companies, Ara Damansara is an ideal location for expatriates. Strategic located next to Subang Airport and in between major towns such as Bandar Utama, Tropicana, Subang Jaya and PJ, accessibility is excellent provided you are driving.

I really like this unit. As a person that love studio type and small houses, especially those in Tokyo area. This really fits my needs. Plus, no need of so much spaces since minimalism is key.

I live at the topmost floor of this property. One thing I can tell you is: if you go out for holiday for 2 weeks or more, be prepared to battle with the mould. It catches mould everywhere. My neighbour has a huge, black spot of mould on her master bedroom ceiling and the one in front of me have the same problem as me. The so-called kitchen is very small, and I still don't understand the wall at the balcony (which makes it tiny). Expect your switches to come off as well. On the brighter side, the view is amazing, and the swimming pool is great. The management isn't too responsive either. Just one person's opinion after staying here for more than a year.

Lot of japaness rent here at Ara Damansara. Potpourri are their 1st choice, fast and easy to rent. Now got other option cheaper rental price but with different living experience. Nice video though!

I just got a unit. Facing the road but the windows sound proofing is really good, I'm a person who hate noise so so far so good. The workmanship also ok. We got a good price. I like the location here. Close to places i normally go if not NKVE is just beside.

I used to pass by this area on the way to Kampung Subang Melayu , this was a palm oil estate 10 years ago, the origin of Ara Damansara. If one works in KL, better stay in Setapak or Cheras. My 2 cents. This area is far from KL without much public transport till now to be honest. 1 hour single trip to KL , pls imagine.

As for your question, I usually will just hangout in several property portals such as iproperty, propertyguru, propsocial and etc. Another trick would be google map but the first thing is to nail down your location of interest before looking. That would be easier=)

@@iherng I stay in H2O. As for now got Japanese Korean couple who paid me RM2.5k per month for 3 month. I aim foreigner so can get ROI higher. Homestay also quite good. You should review Cerrado next year. I bought there as well. Now setting up my friends unit in H2O as well.
