A ship leaving Japan. I'm happy to see what it's like overseas.

I liked the look of the (not so small) open dory on the other side of the wharf to Pacific World, is it a lines boat? I really enjoy your inclusion of other craft on the river too...

Thanks. I try to include some of the other vessel as I think it gives some variety rather than just focusing on the same boat / ship all the time. Originally I used to do general videos which would maybe include 6 - 8 ships passing and maybe show 1 - 2 minutes per ship. However, since there are a number of cruise ships / yachts / events / etc. happening on the Thames at the moment, I have not filmed a general video for a while.
I zoomed in on the dory to see if I could see a name but I was not able to. I don't think that it is a line boat since the majority of vessels that come to the Tilbury Landing Stage or Tilbury Dock tend not to require this. I have seen one or two small border force vessels tie up here which are also black but whether this is one of those or not I am not sure.
I'll see what appears on the ship tracking apps in the next few days and if anything similar comes along I will let you know!

Very luxury ship. How does that work? Promote peace from a luxury ship, I wonder. Must be nice to work on one of these ships. The ship is beautifully filmed by you. Great video.

I believe that the ship goes around the world and teaches people about different cultures. By learning and understanding more about different cultures, faiths and people's experiences, it can bring people closer together and make them more tolerant and understanding.
I don't know the ship's full itinerary for this cruise but it obviously visited Tilbury.
On 22nd June 1948, the Empire Windrush docked at the same Tilbury landing stage and brought passenger from the Caribbean to help rebuild Britain's economy after the second world war.
There are a number of exhibitions at the cruise terminal and the surrounding area commemorating the event and allowing people to learn about the Caribbean community and the part that they have played in society.
In the UK, 22nd June is Windrush Day and the contribution of the Caribbean community in the UK is celebrated. Events are held throughout the UK and a number of people come to the London cruise terminal at Tilbury to remember and commemorate the Empire Windrush docking there on 22nd June 1948.
There is also a walkway onto the Tilbury Landing Stage called the "Walkway of Memories" which shows the experiences of those that came from the Caribbean on the Empire Windrush.
This is only one example but I think that if the passengers travel to different ports around the world and learn about different cultures then this perhaps will make them more tolerant and understanding of others.

@@ThamesShips Beautifully written by you. I do hope it will work that way. Commemorating certain events is important. Thank you for your answer.
