Inspirată de Spanakopita clasică din bucătăria grecească, această Placinta cu Spanac si Branza cremoasa îmbină crocantul irezistibil al foietajului cu o umplutură cremoasa si reconfortantă de spanac, brânză Feta, Ricotta si ierburi aromatice.
Umplutura acestei placinte conține frunze proaspete de spanac, bogate în fier, vitamine și antioxidanți. Combinată cu brânza Feta cremoasă, Ricotta moale și ceapă dulceaga oferă un amestec plin de arome și texturi reconfortante.

* 500g baby spinach
* 2 Tbsp olive oil
* 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
* 1 red onion, finely chopped
* 200g Feta cheese, crumbled
* 400g Ricotta
* 2 tsp dried oregano
* 1/2 tsp dried thyme
* 3 eggs, at room temperature, beaten
* salt and freshly ground pepper. to taste
* 2 Tbsp melted butter
