I just posted a pastrami video using brisket..lol... that turned out fantastic .... and just wait, I turned something else into pastrami..video coming soon 😀.... Looked good Pastrami is not my fav flavour profile but thats just a personal prefernce

Could you try making fajitas with that cut of meat? Or smoking it like bacon and cooking it like bacon if cut thin enough.

hi, you could totally use this for fajitas if you cut it thin and threw on a nice marinade or just some great spices when cooking it,,,,,,, and I yes to the bacon Idea as well,, I really like this and will have to try it myself..... thanks so much for the ideas.... i appreciate it...
