I cant imagine what they could even do to nerf her besides changing her dice count. Even then, if they removed her NA discount they would have to up her NA dmg, and changing her skill to 3 dice wont do anything but slow her dmg. That hardly seems fair though considering you need BoL to even do dmg in the first place.
After you used elemental skill you will have a Night Vigil status attached to self and any form of healing will be converted to Bond of Life. Your NA while the Night Vigil status attached will be converted to electro damage and -1 unaligned dice and will also apply +2 Bond of Life after you used the NA. Once you used the Elemental skill while having Bond of Life stacks, The Bond of Life stacks will be removed, then your Elemental skill heal and damage is based on how many Bond of Life has been removed capped at 4 stacks. (so no matter how many Bond of Life stack you have, it's capped at 4 Heal and 4 Damage.) Her burst deals 3 Electro Damage and attach 4x Bond of Life stack to self. Basically, you only ever want to use Burst if you want to trigger Jeht or you need 3 Electro Damage to be followed by 4 Electro Damage Elemental skill breakpoint. Because the burst allow you to have a full stack Elemental damage to follow up right away, instead of doing 2 normal attack. I hope I explained well because i'm having hard time to type on phone right now. 🤗🤗🤗
Hello, if you're someone like really new to the game, I suggest start with simple aggro decks like Shenhe double Anemo, Mona Wanderer Eula, Furina Yae Nahida, Navia Klee Chiori and probably Lyney Faruzan Lynette deck. once you got the grasp of the game, you can start playing combo decks, like Yoimiya Yelan Wriothesley and Clorinde Hyper Combo decks like the one on the video. and finally once you got the grasp of how various of deck works you start practice midrange and stall decks.

I played against this deck like 5 times today. Trying to make a Scara/Shenhe deck to try and counter this
Same i got tired of it and just used the old Scara mona and just slap the clorinde on round 2
they never learn their lesson on how to not create over powered and broken cards, man just calculate value per skill with your finger
