At 8:20, in my Bullet Journal (I started my first one in 2016) for the Mood Tracker, the quote I've had on that page in my journal is "Remember, even your worst day only lasts 24 hours" just for anyone who sees this, its an idea!

This has helped me so much. I’m starting a bullet journal as soon as possible. I’m already practising some sheets, like my Binge eat - tracker. In that way i can see how many times in the month i overate, why i did it and when. It really helps me to stay strict! 😊

The future log is mainly for the current year. Most people don’t know things a year in advance. Good work though but that was not true to bullet journaling. If you want the truth check out boho berry or search bullet journal and get the og style.
