    so uhhh, video is out and I forgor to type this because I fell asleep midway lol...
    I felt like I can do better again but this time I am going to put a stop to it, you know, I can't always make another one because I found this one "imperfect", the cycle aint ending if I constantly chase for perfection.
    At the end of the day, I can only do this much better.

    Main thing he needs is this Iron Shrapnel augment to be built into the frame

      could, since it's really pointless for an augment as well, there's nothing much of value, not the way you think why this should be put into the base frame.

      Then you just remove the ONLY downside of iron skin, the gravity of this change is massive. Rhino is already way more unkillable than revenant when you decided to even pay a bit of attention; dante gives 80k overguard? damn thats nice, meanwhile you stand under jadelight and bam ez 400k - 1million+. if this is not nullifiable then Rhino is pretty much true 100% invulnerable when Iron Skin is up at all range of levels because nothing can nullify it and how easy is to maintain iron skin.

      ​​@@amolistic_ I can see where you are coming from. But I think it really wouldn't change that much other than being a convenience. Rhino's whole idea is to be a tank. All of his augments(With the exception of Piercing Roar) are centered around making Rhino even tankier. In a game where you have lots of weapons and abilities that can deal millions of damage, what's so bad about an ability that makes you immortal instead? Also (at least to my knowledge) Making Iron skin grant millions of Iron skin requires a specific build and set up, so it is not the only downside.(Excluding Jade Beams, which I don't think we should take into consideration since the player has no control over them)

      @@Disadvantagius sure, I suppose that is a perspective to be considered as well, tho I have never find the setup a downside but instead an intended mechanic to be understood by the player.

      @@WillowLawson-k3e jade light hits you every ~0.5s, so once you saw jade light hits you for like 6 times (indicated by the number jumping up for 6 times), roll.

    You make a lot of really good suggestions
    But the entire thing appears to be built on the flawed premise of trying to make him an ability spamming frame when he’s a gun frame at his core
    He’s not meant to spam abilities
    He’s got a kit of S+ abilities and you get the majority of your kills with your guns
    I will say, his passive needs help, even as it stands
    Maybe make it do some minor defense strip with the shockwave and let his charge do a shockwave on impact with an object plus do defense strip as well

      Not really fall into the ability spamming style but as I said, incentives to cast each ability, perhaps a bit more mandatory cast due to his new passive. I don't want him to be a heavy caster frame because that's a tough ask (it's not possible without playstyle overhaul). The changes at best just make you cast a bit more; chances are: you are going to replace his 1 anyway, thus the casting part is completely gone. Rhino Charge, no matter what, will always be a cast heavy ability.
      At his core, Rhino is not just a gun frame, he is basically everything, a genre of its own, but if you see him as a gunframe, guess that's fine as well.

    they dont have BASE synergy, BUT, its augments are made to create that synergy if you need it.

      yes, thats one of the reasons why the first episode of into the design was created, this video tackles more on the "WHAT IFs" the unique phenomenon, and if he was a synergistic frame: yet it doesnt mean that he needs to be one as well.

    on a serious note, I prefer an inconsistent kit that has much more potential as a subsume base rather than a kit you're fixing with a single subsume. I've tried at the very least 6 subsumes on rhino that just work and twist it, it can literally cover any role in the game. Only the passive is absolute ass

    How about armor stripping/shield deactivation with his stomp? He is so angry that his stomps cause enemy armor to break once they are lifted. Since thier armor is now broken they are lighter and can stay lifted for a longer duration.

      I had this idea before, and I kinda ditched it later. 25m no LoS defense strip with such an incredible cc is too powerful imo.

    Easy Rhino fix to make him up to date:
    -Add the ability to aim with his 1; like Kullervo's wrathful advance. The straight horizontal propulsion is outdated.
    -Add an augment that triggers a less range stomp on his 1 hitting a wall, like Gauss has.
    Done.

      - Aiming is already present in Rhino Charge. I don't really get what do you exactly mean, please elaborate further if you could. (is it TP? if it is, no it doesnt make any sense thematically and logically, you dont see a Rhino TP around...)
      - Isn't that just another version of Gauss 1 augment, if I am being totally honest with you? That aside, it also doesn't make any sense logically as well consider that it triggers an ability that "stomps" the ground when you "slam" into a wall...

      @raphaelrodriguez1598 hm, interesting. Could see a use for it, but I had never found myself needing to go upwards and charge already allows you to curve downwards when you are falling, so I'm not sure this change will bring anything beneficial at all.

      @@amolistic_ My idea revolved around having him hit walls as hard as he hits the ground. Imagine being mid air, a ceiling above you, you look up, press 1 and trigger a stomp like effect.
      Similar to mach crash, but three dimensional movement and with the time dilation effect instead.

    To me if i have to change something is :
    Rhino charge should be a pseudo exalted weapons first, second to make the abilitie more fune you can super charge it by holding the power and then at the impact it make an AOE blast.
    For Iron skin you could hold the power when activated, you stay immobile and invulnerable and your threat level increase for a longer duration like that you can better control how much damage you stack for Iron skin.
    For Roar it's good as it is, juste make it that you can recaste it without the need of the augment.
    For Stomp Juste change the damage for true damage... Like come on Rhino stomp so hard that it disrupt time !!! Nothing could defend against that !
    For the synergie i dont have idea right now but it should not be hard to find for what i suggested.

    The change to Charge sounds good, but read my other comment.
    The increased aggro on Roar actually sounds good on paper, but how would that pair with Piercing Roar? Override when augmented?
    Changes to Stomp? Just make it affect overguarded units as well, like it used to be. It should be breaking destructible environment within full range. Even Nova can do that. I disagree with the increased DoTs. Stomp is supposed to disrupt time. Make it affect all enemies again.
    Augment suggestion for his 1: 'Removes a percentage of overguard on direct hit, scaling with strength'.
    As in: at like 300% strength, Rhino can actually be a rhino and trample through enemy defenses, as he is depicted and described in the lore entry 'the crimson primal beast'. (see Tactical Potato's video by the same title for details or read Rhino Prime's entry in the store)
    Petition to make Rhino the physically strongest warframe again.
    As much as I like Eleanor, Rhino should be stronger and a part of the Hex.

      Increased aggro is to just make enemies more likely to hit you and just thematically fitting (Iron skin already increase aggro but I felt like it needs more). About Piercing Roar I do mention before in the first episode of into the design where i stated "misuse of Piercing Roar or Rhino Stomp will net you negative results but use it wisely will be your greatest aid in battle." or smth like that...
      Nah, I don't think going back to Rhino Stomp stopping anything is even good at all, like damn, Rhino Stomp is already the strongest CC in-game with limbo already, and this comes from a singular ability that requires close to 0 investment btw. If Rhino Stomp now can stop eximus fully again while others cannot, this is singlehandedly the most unfair ability in-game, and adding on crate-breaking potential that is on par with xaku 4 as well???? Damn...
      while lore accurate is great sometimes, but it can be a little bit too oppressive imo.
      ***Nova can only speed up, not slow.

      @@amolistic_ You're wrong about Nova.
      Originally, high strength would make her 4 slow down enemies and under 100 strength would speed them up. She got reworked and her 4 is now a tap/hold ability that does both respectively, both scaling with strength.
      My point about Rhino being a Hex was: All other Hex members are very old frames. At first glance, I expected Quincy to be a Rhino skin.
      Also Rhino is the most masculine frame in the game. If he were a Hex, I might have chosen him over Nyx 🙃

      @@amolistic_ Happens to the best of us. No need to apologize. I'm a dedicated fan of Rhino and you're one of the few who give him proper credit and attention.
      Most people call him a worse Revenant while he is actually much, much better.
      Nova is nice and all, but only Nyx could take Rhino's charge without dying.

    I like most of it. Passive is a great idea, I'd keep what it does right now and add your suggestions. Having it only his 4th isn't as cool as it triggering on just "knockdown" or perhaps "ability knockdown" this would let you proc it with his 1, or with the heavy impact setup. This really brings the charging juggernaut vibes I think you're goin for. You charge in, knock over enemies, and gain speed/damage. Might also work like ember or nyx where they gain bonuses based on how many enemies nearby have "X" condition, in this case, knockdown/lift.
    Roar increasing agro makes a lot of sense, I think that would add a lot of synergy but I don't know if it strictly needs a damage buff. I get what you're saying about direct damage and I agree, but I think you'd need to change the damage type/multiplier if you wanted increased direct damage, and I think a lot of players would like to keep the DoT for helminth.
    Love your stuff, I'd like to see some of these implemented, my favorite being the agro draw from roar because it makes so much sense

      I really want to add in his 1 as well but my initial thought is that this passive will be way too easy to stack considering the fact that this is a passive that provides you 50% multiplicative damage and 50% casting speed at maximum stacks, but ye I think what you suggest here does make a lot of sense, but perhaps a cooldown (I saw the "ability knockdown" as "ability cooldown" for a moment and this is kinda neat as well?) that you can apply the increase to the passive, like 0.5 - 1s interval or smth, and maybe 1.5% damage/speed per enemy hit, this is implemented because it is very easy to abuse this due to Rhino Charge can be triggered infinitely unlike Rhino Stomp.
      While it strictly doesn't need a damage buff, it is just some sudden idea that "would a Roar buff be too crazy? I guess I might as well give it a shot lol, I don't lose anything fr", changing damage type/multi defeats the very existence of Roar, and I suppose that it should always stay the same and perhaps that's the reason I favor the 2nd idea way more than the 1st.
      Roar% can absolutely go wild even with a bit of adjust due to the fact that it is exponential.
      Anyways, glad that my humble ideas could spark your interest.

      ​@@amolistic_ Thanks, your content has almost swayed me from my speedster mains (gauss&volt) but I haven't quite got the movement tech you described.
      Also spamming his charge to keep a stacking buff active fits a "rhino" in my mind. One of my favorite things on gauss with high range is running into enemies and walls, specifically with his augment that causes a sucking vortex to group enemies. Some kind of synergy on rhino could be cool. Imagine if stomp not only affected time, but gravity, creating a singularity (or whatever I'm not that kinda science nerd) that slowly pulls in enemies.
      Or his 1 could just carry enemies with him like hydroids wave thing or inaros whirlwind.

    I think rhino should be untouched, not having synergy in a kit is not inherently a bad think. He does 3 things real well. But I will still try my hand, just cos his passive succc.
    Passive: gain movement/sprint speed while moving (up to I wanna say 50% but x% for someone who's better with numbers than i) in addition melee attacks against rhino and ≈20-25% when hit boxes collide, foes get afflicted by lifted status
    Rhino charge: applies (x) impact, and lifted (and that convoluted blast proc). Also status cleanse. X seconds after cast increase movement speed by X, double if hitting a dude.
    Iron skin: untouched
    Roar: agro increase is a beautiful idea. I like. However I will not be buffing its damage%. Nurfed roar is already insane on hemlith. The only possible difference for damage I could add, would be a rhino only weapon damage buff at 20-25% and even that feels too high. (An agment called burning rage could also be a thematic idea: add heat damage to weapons, though probably want to be rhino locked, if they can do this, having heat enchant on any frame is dumb strong)
    Stomp: leaves a lingering time field that slows enemy projectiles. I just flipped your idea, which is more thematic imo, rhino doesn't buff speed he takes it away. And maybe status vulnerability. Lean into that roar scaling.
    Just some ideas, don't play dudes, but kinda shocked you propose rhino wants a rework. Keep up the videos as always, I love them regardless.

      That is my initial thought as well if I am honest with you. I think I mentioned it at the very last section of the video as well: it's very hard to implement changes to Rhino, especially if you are someone like me or others who knows how to utilize Rhino to the maximum. There's a reason why this guy is at the top for so many years with zero direct changes. He really needs almost nothing except a good passive.
      About roar: This is the section that I am at most uncertain and wonder should I even add in and I do say that "i know this is going to be a big ask". heat damage is nice but I guess it's a forced proc only?
      Rhino Stomp slowing enemy projectile is a thematically nice idea, but status vulnerability? It is incredibly dangerous imo due to status damage mods existed and status vulnerability (status chance/status damage) is not easy to be applied in mass amount -- caliban needs his summon to consistently hit someone, and dante needs to have his bird to have contact with the target to gain the bonus.
      It's not a rework suggestion but tackling a phenomenon that existed in his kit, while I can just suggest change to his 1 and his passive only, but then it just doesn't tackle the issue fully. Tbh, I simply don't mind the current state of Rhino, I would think that he is the closest frame to absolute perfection already but y'know, perfectionist...

      @amolistic_ for roar augment: was just thinking fire enchant for the duration of roar. Like embers fireball frenzy. Just cos ya'know rage.
      About stomp: think it needs to do something else than crowd control, it's his alt, a debuff too would be nice, status vulnerability might be too much, maybe add puncture/impact procs? Bro has 180 base energy max. Casting his alt imo should be something more. His cc is insane with it, but i would like it to debuff with something too. Something akin to shattering bones thematically.

    You said that roar should aggro eneimes and make them shoot more at you so you can then cast iron skin to get more overguard. Wouldn't that clash with the piercing roar augment?
    I think that iron skin alone should make enemies aggro to you and shoot you more (as you stand there not moving enemies tend to attack you more also psychologically as they might think you surrendered or gave up). In addition to that, maybe prolong the invulnerablility phase to 4 seconds instead of 3. It would give you a bit more health and make him a bit more casual friendly, still rewarding those whose make good setup while standing still in crowd of enemies.
    Roar should then scare enemies and shock them making them tremble also for a shor time with mixed reactions (like turning on their faction like radiation does, some attack you more, some freeze) Maybe that's too much but I like this idea that enemies fear you or get into a frenzy.
    Other than that I think your ideas are well thought through. Great video

      Hmmm, 4s and a valid reason to justify it as well. This could be implemented as well. The frenzy idea is amazing as it fits logically as well, I had a similar idea but I just can't really visualize the implementation process but damn, bro is cooking.

    I wouldn't call his abilities individual, they certainly work together, they just don't rely on one another(few frames have abilities like that). Building for one doesn't prevent you from using the rest, unlike some other frames where min/maxing one ability can render the rest of their abilities useless.

      they work together and I do mention that in the video, is just that when it comes to "does it elevate each other", it felt like his ability are standalones, but I dont mind it being like this as well.
