The BILD newspaper reported on a witness who contacted the editorial team. The woman claims to have seen a tent erected over a gully at the edge of a field in the Dahme-Spreewald district on the day the teenagers disappeared. According to the woman, a raspberry-colored Renault Twingo was parked next to it. At the time, Rebecca's brother-in-law Florian R. was driving such a car. It has now been established that the manhole was only recently opened.
