No it wasn't, this incident occurred at the roundabout next to IKEA in Slacks Creek, Queensland. look at the layout of the roundabout on google earth/maps. Both cars entered from the North-West side of the roundabout, the dash cams cars lane is marked for going straight or left turn, the orange cars lane is marked for right turn only. The dash-cam car was entering the left lane of the roundabout to go straight, the orange car made a right turn contrary to the marking on the lane.

Go onto google maps and search for "IKEA slacks creek Queensland", switch to satellite view and take a look at the big roundabout next to the IKEA. This is the roundabout shown in the video. In the video Both vehicles enter from Pacific HWY on the north west side of the roundabout, the dash-cam car is going straight through the roundabout to exit onto Pacific HWY on the opposite side, as such he is in the left lane which is marked for going straight or turning left. Meanwhile, the orange car is entering via the right lane which is marked for right turn only, however he disobeys these markings and makes a left turn across the path of the dash-cam car.
You should be allowed to send videos with clear date/time and GPS location to the Police to fine/prosecute these idiot drivers who try to kill us all on the roads.

I think have to maintain a height clearance for open roads. If the branch was below that, councils issue. That’s why so many trees have that P shape
