How do I come out with min and mx cfm numbers in vav box to specific room. Any answers would be great. At work place my Co worker keep changing the cfm without fixing the heating and colling problem. The original numbers are lost. Thanks in advance.

CFM stands for cubic feet per minute. It is the measure of airflow in the US. In metric, it is usually liters per second, but there are a couple other metric volume per time measurements used as well.
