So my moissanite will definitely pass the test with the presidium diamond mate-a, right?

The Diamond Mate-A will not be able to differentiate moissanite from Diamonds, it will just indicate as "Diamonds". That is when you use the ARI by Presidium to further narrow down the "Diamond" to Moissanite, NAtural Diamond or CVD/HPHT/Type IIa Diamond.
