I don't know why, but this theme always makes me cry. It's extremely peaceful and calming, as Kalm is meant to be a resting point after leaving Midgar. But even then it still has a sad and yearnful tone.
A few weeks ago my dog died and I was very sad for several days. During that time I listened to this musical theme and it gave me mind peace. My little precious dog was as wonderful as this theme.
This makes me always wish I was a kid again... this track always reminds me how nice it was having no responsibilities. I don't know why this theme is so nostalgic for me.
I just played this game right past Aerith’s death and ran into a building with this theme and had to turn the game off. It was too depressing and I knew she was going to die but it still hurts. I’m probably gonna be off it for two weeks. This song almost broke me
