I use ebay but i started selling on amazon. Can this integrate with amazon to track sales and fees?

Hey whitenoise6252, currently MRG doesn't have an integration with Amazon, so you would need to upload reports from Amazon or record the sales manually

I am using a google spreadsheet template for reselling and tracking my inventory and sales. I’m a hobbie reseller. Could I import my spreadsheet to My Reseller Genie? And would it be able to differentiate my sold and unsold inventory based on my spreadsheet?

Thanks for reaching out! You can definitely import your spreadsheet -- you'd need to separate the sales from the inventory. So you would upload a list of sales and you would upload a list of inventory.

how to see daily sales with the breakdown include cogs?

Hello, are you asking about how to view the sales for the day in MRG? If so, the sales are sorted by default with the newest on top and you can scroll across to see the different costs associated with each sale. If you're wanting to see totals, you can run a P&L detail report in the "Reseller Reports" tab

This looks amazing! Is it end to end encrypted so no one can see my data?

@@cottagekeeper Thanks for reaching out! To answer your questions, in MRG, data at rest is stored securely in a Google Cloud Firestore database that has passed the following security evaluations (ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 -- firebase.google.com/support/privacy/), HTTP requests from MRG are encrypted using Heroku SSL (devcenter.heroku.com/articles/ssl), and the integrations with banks and PayPal are handled by our partner Plaid who uses encryption protocols like Advanced Encryption Standard (AES 256) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) (plaid.com/safety/).

Hello I have a few questions please. Last year I started using QuickBooks self-employed, and I'm going to do the cash method of accounting. I am a very small hobby seller. I work full-time and I am not looking to grow as a business. I'm just selling random stuff. Can you tell me the advantage to having this over QuickBooks self-employed? I am paying 14.99 a month now for QuickBooks. I don't understand enough about either one to make an informed decision. Thank you so much. Brenda

Hi @bcmagnolia great question. I’d say the main differences we offer over QB is:
      - Personalized, fast, US-based customer service
      - Our development is driven by customer feedback; we are always making improvements and adding more automation
      - We are not a “one size fits all side hustle businesses” solution - we made MRG specifically for the reseller, so it has what the reseller needs. (We would not have extra bells and whistles like QB has, and only have what sellers need to track data for reselling)
      - We have a simple to use eBay integration (daily pulling in new sales and fees) with our ultimate plan ($19.99/month) that will save a lot of time and headaches
Feel free to email us if you have any other questions! We’d love to help you out. Support@myresellergenie.com
