Chelsea is so under-appreciated she's amazing
Think if her bizarre videos were removed, people would be more inclined to concentrate/appreciate these great tunes.

I think even if she was made Queen of the World, was the only person allowed on TV, people had to listen to one of her albums every week and everyday had 20 minutes of prayers for her health, security and success, she would still be under appreciated.

The whole vid to me is about depression. How "normal" is an effort and you keep trying day by day along with others who suffer in silence with mental illness and depression. You keep going through the motions trying to do what normal people do but it never goes right, never flows. And the dream is that one day it will click and you'll be whole and normal and the moves everyone else finds natural come natural to you - the dance. But the music tapers off and it's a dream.

All of this was incredibly obvious. This reads like something a fucking first year philosophy or creative writing student would produce.

03:45 After this part of the song, it puts me in a very different mood. While she says "O-kay" over and over again, her tone is getting darker and thicker on the other hand, creepily. It's like she's saying "I'm fine" to those around her, but she actually seems to be sinking to the bottom psychologically.

the ending sequence is brilliant. it kind of turns off that joke side of the song while everyone's dancing (supposedly people who feel the same way as the main singers) & you can hear voices and people screaming. the idea to use these mechanic 3d models fits perfectly into what others see you like when they think you're alright.
I love how a good music always come with a creepy video, like it makes you terrified and excited at the same time, until your eargasm come

1) the songs has a mention of great depression which was there 10 years ago.

@@joshikritika91 hope you are better today, than the past, as i think i have understand correctly (im not english native speaker). If you dont know Cocteau Twins, i recommend you to listen their music (alt music from the 80s and 80s, Dream Pop/Shoegaze) and the firsts albuns from Lush (Scar, Gala, Spooky and Split albuns). Dead can Dance and This Mortal Coil are 5 stars too. 4AD albuns from that time was great, their catalogue was one of the best ever.

The face of that animation may be blank, but still expresses more emotion than Bella in Twilight.
Deeper than it may seem at first sight. Incredibly well made. Kudos to Simon Ward and of course to Princess Chelsea for the song itself.
Maybe I'm biased, but I think this video captures perfectly the strange atmosphere and what I personally perceive as the true essence of the song.
I see it as a song that sums up life with depression. Every movement is strained and foreign and you just push through the routine stuff that others seem to manage effortlessly. Reaches a fantastic denouement at the end where they do break through it but then it is unknown whether that then is real or a desire ... great video - not sure how close I am with the original intent of the video/song but that's how it speaks to me.
So creepy and mesmerizing at the same time! It's like a strange dream that you somehow never want to wake up from because it gives you an unusual sensation of magic and freedom.

My summary of the characters:
THE MAIN WOMAN: a suicidal person likely in a corporate job she hates.
THE MAIN MAN: a severely depressed person who struggles to find any drive or motivation in life.
THE OLD MAN: wonders why the people around him (particularly the main woman) all look downhearted compared to what he knew when he was younger as a much happier majority because he's from a time where mental illness was a stigma and not many people accepted it as a real thing (the lyrics explain this). He later realises he has a dark past himself when his hand falls off. Maybe symbolism of an abusive family member who fractured his hand when he was a kid? The hand falling off could be the reminder of that traumatic memory.
WOMAN SITTING ON THE BENCH: suffers alone with a mental illness and finds that the butterfly is her only friend because no humans will believe her or even listen to her.
MAN BY THE BINS: likely a man with severe anxiety or autism, he creeps up and bobs down to the bins because he is likely worried about the environment or even the safety of other people tripping over rubbish or spillage.
THE BALANCING WOMAN: finds a coping method for her mental illness by balancing on the fountain ledge.
CLOSE UP OF MAN IN SUIT: likely a person with attachment/abandonment issues, hence him checking his watch or phone in this video.
HAMMERING MAN: likely feels unfulfilled, stressed, anxious or depressed about the work he does and the position he is in on site.
THE HEADLESS PERSON: lost battle to depression and committed suicide.
EXTRAS: other people who either struggle with mental illness or believe everyone is OK and dances with them without really knowing why (they're masking the depression).
Please check in on your loved ones because you never know what they could be going through unless you ask them "is it all OK?"

They were laminated in Auckland. One of the major superyacht building cities in the world.
Fibreglass and epoxy. Empty dreams for all but a very few. Saw Katana down at the Viaduct basin. A yacht big enough to have a helipad and. 1/2 size basketball court on board
What's weird is I'm sure some of these 3D generations used real world data. I think I recognize a seat I used to sit in to eat my lunch when I lived in Auckland a few years back.
