Tube bending and cutting: t bend DB 2060 CNC

At transfluid we have developed a special tube bending machine for the efficient production of exhaust pipes, including short pipes with multiple bends. With the t bend DB 2060 CNC machine it is possible to process tubes up to a diameter of 60mm and a 1 x D bending radius. The cutting occurs straight after the last bend and there is no need for any further cuts. To achieve that, the machine features a Centre Line Booster, as well as three bending levels, plus the level where the cutting tool is applied.
