I love the ending. Watching J.R. seeing his son in his daddy's chair was heartwarming. J.R. may have been a villain but he loved his son dearly.

I just watched this episode last night! So great to see JR back to his normal self.
As someone who lost a parent at a young age, this episode means a lot to me.

Not all endings have to be cliffhangers . Some can be happy endings, like this one. The episode where John Ross is J.R.s son. When Jock & Miss Ellie reconciled. Over on Knots Landing where Karen's surgery was a success. Gary inheriting Empie Valley. Val having a breakthrough in therapy. Val getting her twins back.
