    This may not satisfy the silly comment craving. But I've put on more weight than I care to have somewhat recently, and have been trying to get back into stretching and getting back some mobility/reduce pain in my joints. It's been disheartening because i haven't found anything that I like to do, that's captivating enough for me to stick to but is challenging and helpful enough for my body to feel anything besides discomfort. This routine helped me so much. There's one or two things I couldn't quite do, but as I do these every single day (my new goal), I know I'll quickly work up to doing them all and more. Thanks so much patty for posting this, I really think you just helped me unlock my fitness journey ❤️

    Youre an Angel 😇, basically every other channels has neglected this aspect. This is will get me back in the stretching game and hopefully many other folks and we can all prevent quite a lot of injury and misery. You are just awesome Patty.
    The pike is rly tough, its the same deal for me adductors stretch for miles but the hamstrings like to rly get tight.
    Ballistic stretching has definitely made my right hamstring more flexible than the other just because I always practise my turning kick with that leg.

      stretching is better post-workout, known a lot of people who stretch and still pull a muscle, runners especially
      I personally do warm-up sets, where you do half weight for 1 set of 15-20 reps

      You should do dynamic stretching before the workout. Static stretching should be done after the workout

    That's helpful patty and I will add this stretching routine in my training program. Thank you so much for sharing it. An year ago I started watching your content and I learned a lot from you. Ur the only one who encouraged me to lift weights and to do several other fitness activities. You are the most humble person I've ever seen mam. When I asked u to check my dm u immediately replied to me and even appreciated me for the sketch I made for u. I still cannot believe it. I don't know how should I thank you. Patricia mam u have inspired and motivated me a lot which made me feel confident and in this journey I've progressed a lot just bc of u. An year ago I used to deadlift around 295 but now I can pull 450.     I started boxing and sometimes I feel like my body isn’t flexible enough to do stuff I imagine in my mind and feel like I should be able to do.     I have a hard time stretching on my own and doing yoga or following videos online is usually mixed with new agey spiritual stuff or life advice which isn't really my thing or what I'm looking for, I just want to stretch.
    This was not that! You made it very fun, down to earth, funny and I feel good and loose.

      Totally. I legit enjoy these, as someone who does NOT stretch and is super inflexible. If I watch enough of these probably someday I'll be convinced to give it a go xD I do wish I had more more abductors and hams flexibility fs

    I had a ribcage restoration surgery, and now recovering. I decided that I will do this everyday for a month, and share my results in this coment everyday!
    Today was the first session, the 90 90s were really hard for me, but I pulled through. - I feel more mobile but I experience little pain. But thats ok my doctor said its nerve damage amd I need to move more, so I will continue.

      @@thunderchubbs7640 I propably used the wrong words. I was born with a very severe deformation which had to be corrected because, major organs like heart and lungs were kind of crushed by my deformity/ bones.

      @@edwardmitchell6581 I disagree, it doesn’t take talent, She worked very hard from a very young age. She was in gymnastics & has done bodybuilding & powerlifting competitions. The sacrifice she’s made is beyond what most aren’t willing to do.

      @@whoelsebutthekidace That makes more sense. I saw her high school picture and assumed she had never done sports much.
      As for talent, I was referring to her emotional intelligence. But then again, that could be coaching and family background. There's an other influencer who had a boob job because body building judges hinted that it would help and later had them taken out because they were uncomfortable. I'm not sure where I'm going with this.

    STRETCH IDEA 1: put your arms out in front of you with your hands open and facing downward. Take a deep breath in then pull them back behind your (back) hold breath in. Then rotate your open hands upward and very slowly put your arms back out in front of you and exhale slowly.
    (I do this at work to help me out with my upper back/breathing/neck.)
    You can look over each shoulder when you bring your arms back to open your neck up too.

    I used to lift heavy with bad form and with high volume many years ago like many do and i had so many knots and muscle injuries from my forearms to biceps shoulders traps spinal erectors quads and calves. I finally got most of then out from deep tissue massages and mobility work over the years. Stretching is so important to prevent all that trouble and many dont know it. I always stretch for 30 minutes minimum now and i dont ever have those problems anymore.

    Thank you for your content!
    Y,ou give very sound advice. My coach said, "If you don't have time to warm up, you don't have time to work out".
    I found those back rolls back when I was a kid in a copy of Joseph Pilates' book "RETURN TO LIFE THROUGH CONTROLOGY".

    I know the title is silly.
    The book is great though! Lots of floor routine warm up and stretch maneuvers anyone can adopt and feel results from instantly.
    Anyways, I followed along with you through the whole routine and I think you might find adding one furniture-slidey thing to your routine.
    It makes snugging that knee to the wall for the quad stretch an easy slip. Also works under one knee when doing the frog stretch. Don't do both knees unless yer REALLY flexible lol. I ground one knee on my mat.

    30 minutes flew by. This was also very beginner friendly. Even though the pancake humbled me as I was stuck pretty much vertically and my foot started cramping during the groin rocks, I almost snapped in half laughing my ass off in the frog pose during the explanation. You made it super fun. Will definitely be returning to this after every workout. Thanks Patty.

    It's awesome seeing big fitness youtubers doing traditional workout guides/tutorials in 2024 instead of the usual influencer/vlog type content.     I injured My right hip almost 50 years ago. I stepped into a hole, the hole was probably around a foot deep, it rocked my hip so bad. I was just a little kid probably around 7. The injury never got reported, just like the attack that made Me run.
    I'm in therapy and all that. A lot of My time is spent stretching things that don't want to be stretched. Every therapist and doctor talks to Me about it with bowed head. I will feel pain when I stretch, My yoga is never peaceful. Sometimes it ends when I throw up. It is what it is.
    LBF is the best trainer for things nobody wants to do.

    After 14 hr workdays, i come home and do this after a joint. Really saves my body and mind for work the next day. With so much bodybuilding content that is all helpful, but having access to something like this after a long day is blessed. Thanks Pattythebaddie.
