I spoke with the Sales Rep. He says it will be delivered by the end of first quarter. With the current status of the project, it is impossible for them to deliver by Dec 24 end as Phase 2 is still under construction and they cannot release phase 1 with phase 2 structure still under construction.
Can they complete all the public infra like fire station, hospital they are supposed to complete for getting registration waiver. Otherwise OC won't be given if I am not wrong

Are you sure phase 1 possession is next 2 to 3 months ?
