The whole Roni getting stressed out about how small the apartment is or how messy it is and Aaron comforting her by saying "every marriage starts small and then grows big over the course of time" with examples, is so cute and wholesome. This just shows how patient Aaron is and how much he loves and dreams of having a future with her. Both of them are made for each other tbh

i love how real this is. Some house tours show the best quality things with a spotless house and the fact that this video helps normalize using resources and buying nessecities over glamour means a lot. It basically noramlizes being normal!

The fact that most of their stuff was on sale or from family members makes me love how normal they are heck I’m proud of that couch story a $2000 custom couch that was discounted at $900 that’s amazing

I love how the mayority of their furniture is gifted form friends and family and not brand new, in my culture, or my family, this is so normal and almost traditional. It makes me so happy because they're so humble and not the typical youtubers who spend millions for their first appartment, it so relatable. I'm so happy for the both of you and don't worry about having everything new or cute, find the sales and enjoy finding small things on the way!! 🥰🥰
They’re probably looking for a house, it doesn’t make sense to furnish an apartment if you’re going to move in a year or so when you find a home you like. It makes more sense to deck your home out and not a temporary apartment. They are not staying in that apartment longer than they have to. Id guess they are waiting a lease out, building a home or looking for their dream home.

I loved the realness of this apartment tour. You two are all smiles, which makes me smile. I know the apartment is small, but don't wish it away too quickly. It's still very nice, and most people would consider themselves blessed to have an apartment as nice as yours. The lighting sucks, but it must be an apartment thing because my newlywed brother lives in an apartment with his wife, and the lighting in theirs is crap too. 🤣

Roni, when I got married it was very humbling being that it was not my bigger, fancier, family home. It started out stressful and a reason for me to nit pick everything. But sitting down one day looking around I realized this is our first home (apartment) together and if we just jumped into debt to have all the comforts of what I was used to then there would be nothing to accomplish getting old together. So just relax and enjoy every little silly moment. Don’t sweat the small stuff, enjoy your husband because debt causes problems. Don’t be a slave to the lender.

In regards to the kitchen table, I love the scratches. Has character!!!! One of my best friends bought a wood table when they got married and every time they made someone dinner & they ate with them, they’d have them sign underneath the table. It is now their favorite piece of furniture because it holds tons of memories & every scratch and dent just adds to it.
Love the video it was so original and real. The things newlyweds start to go through when they move in together. You start to see how each other lives. But it’s all worth it. You grow together and make your own new traditions together. Congrats. 🍾

I actually do like that dining room light there. It really pulls together the room. If you can’t find a smaller version, just hang it closer to the ceiling like with a shorter cord or something. It was perfect!

I really appreciate the realness of this tour, like it’s messy clean, they actually have stuff and trinkets, they didn’t “hide” items that didn’t have covered storage for, like this is an honest living situation and I LOVE IT.

If you guys like the table but not the scratches, and it’s real wood just sand it down. Once you sand it then re-stain it. It will look brand new. This is such a good first apartment as a married couple, it’s so perfect. I know that when you decide to buy a house you guy will have things tha cater to both your heights.

Me and my hubby started at a 1BR condo and we were the happiest. It’s easy for me to clean and organise cuz of the space😊 But when you start having a family and kids then definitely need a bigger house with a good backyard for the kids to run and play. You both are so adorable.
