The room with your grey couch can be the formal living room with how you have it now but with some artwork on the wall and have it more decorated and then the other living space would be nice with chairs and like a two seater sofa, maybe leather , just make sure the rooms flow nicely

If you love coffee you need a Nespresso machine!!! Not sure if you can get this in US but in the UK they have a subscription service where you pay so much money a month and it gets turned into Credit to use on their site for pods. You have to have the machine for at least 2 years before cancelling the subscription but if you’re using all the pods every month it’s so worth it!

I was a barista and have done research for espresso machines. What I’ve found is you’re not paying for the espresso maker itself but actually the steaming wand. If this is not an important thing for you to have then I recommend just a Nespresso machine. However if you do want the steaming wand I would go with the Breville Barista Espresso machine is the best for a good price. Hope this helps! 😊
