    Graham Central Station were so good and Larry Graham is one of the better bass players around. He not only was a key part of Sly and the Family Stone but he launched a great carer for himself with Graham Central Station and his solo work too.

      Bruh, I can't hold you.
      I (as a straight cis male who is also a bass player learning slap bass) have a crush on Graham. So I'm right there with u.

      @Six3rdy 23 дня назад

      @@imjustamerican I gotchu fam. It's new age terminology.
      In light of recent-ish social movements, a differentiation needed to be made between people who transitioned from the original sex they were assigned at birth and people who remained the original sex they were assigned. A cis (short for cisgender, and pronounced "sis") is the latter.
      Yep, I know, it's a lot. And there's much to debate. But we'll have to table any potential debates on this for now. Just take my word for it. Lol.
      What I was saying was that despite being a straight dude who remained the gender I was assigned, I have a crush on Graham because his bass skills are that good. A so-so joke. Lol. Just to tie everything back in.

    Anyone with a television in the 70's and access to Soul Train with the late great Don Cornelius was treated to being exposed to the absolutely incredible and quite blessed Graham Central Station with it's leader Larry Graham. Decades later I can still recall the power of Larry's music and of the passion in which it was played. I also can now see how Don Cornelius loved Graham Central Station and said how he was, amazing his audience with Graham Central Station's single," Release Yourself". Larry Graham has special talent in bring the power of music to everyone no matter who or where they are and he causes us all to be blessed. Thanks for the great music, Larry.

      A bit unjust to critisize the editing job on a performance that was done almost 50 years ago. I agree it is hardly watchable nowadays but you can't judge that by todays standards
