I think you missed the sorting functions. The top left of the game selection screens looks like recommended, all, sort (probably 123abc) and favorites tabs. If im not mistaken, i didn't see you try those.
Sound looks stereo see link. Back is heatdisipation it says. Stereo output would explain a nice experience. Mono vs stereo is day/night diff. Good vid and nice handheld. Does it play ps2 smootly ?
That's why u better get your own sd card setup the way u want it, mine i use lexar 1tb sd card games from retro like snes till Wii, GameCube, PS2, 3DS and some switch games that are playable

These Anbernics get stuck at boot screen. Why don't you make a video on how to fix this problem since there is more than 1 model of Anbernic. I bought a RGCubexx and it bricked up after 10 hours of play. A waste of $150. All the videos I have found of how to "fix" this problem do not work. My Anbernic won't even turn on w/o the original SD card in the unit. And with the original SD card in the unit, the Anbernic is USELESS. Explain that
