I have a pair of kayano 14s and gel-nyc. They are so comfortable! It may sound funny but I love the shape of them when they are off feet. They seem so well built.
Asics is smart doing these colorways. Got yall paying attention finally. Ive been a fan even before Ronnie Fieg started going wild with em over a decade ago. I came from the early 2000s onitsuka tiger. LA 84 is one of my favorite shoes of all time. The burgundy and silver asics logo ones. They dont make all the onitsuka line anymore. In the indie emo days Journeys was whipping them onitsuka tigers... Mexico 66 was an indie STAPLE. Boys and gals rocked em. Ive been obsessed with kicks and deep into em forever. Like NB...always been a staple in the rock scene. Mighty mighty bosstones used to rock NB. And clean with it. In their snapback era. Like they out drip travis scott... no cap. Again not the suit era... but the dapper snap back rudeboy era... 😂 they was clean. Fun fact the lead guitar player actually grabbed the weeknd when drake fumbled the ball.
I have similar ones and I am very happy with them 👍🏻 at least for me, after some months the (inner) heel counter area usually wears out quite a bit, but apart from that it's a great shoe
get yourself a pair of Gel NYC 2055. muy excellente. also: would love to see a video of your top upcoming Air Jordans of 2025 and through the rest of the year. I just picked up my second Gel Kayano 14 in the recently released White, Gold and Silver "White Cream" colorway. Lastly, the Gel Nimbus 9 in the 'Cream Black' colorway. i’m eyeing the collab: Asics × Brain Dead 'Rio Red' but sizes are scarce. clearly i’m liking Asics so far being new to them as well. Recently I've picked up a few different pairs of gel NYC, got the Asics awake collab with the NYC in a teal n pink. Also just picked up a pair of gel NYC in a dolphin grey/Oyster grey. Got each pair for right. Around a $100 The awake pair were actually $100 exact. But love that style. Gotten both off stock x.
