    Whats most humorous is that the FOUNDATION of hiphop has been sampling, going back to the late 70s. ITs strange that they got up in arms all those years later after millions and millions of records sold. Great timing, i think not

      They're just mad that it got popular. If it was unpopular no one would say shit. I mean, how do companies now react to everyone sampling beats off of RUclips

      They were in arms the whole time, it’s not like it took that long for people to get sued. There weren’t any hip hop albums in the 70s, no money was being made so of course nobody cared

      @@byHexted You were not there. It took time. The moment records sold in high numbers thats when it became an issue with them. To this day, noones going to bother some underground artist that sells 5 copies of an album, you can loop the beetles all day doing that and noone will come knocking.
