Select the stair and click Edit Style on the ribbon. In the dialog box, click on the Display Properties tab. Click on the "Plan" row, which should be bold. Click the small button at the right side for "edit display properties." On the new box, stay on the layer tab ... find the row for "Path Up" and turn off the light bulb.

when I create stairs, there is a large circle and arrow head at the base of my stairs, how do I hide them?
