So cool of them to say "farewell" with a firework display!!!!.....Certainly enjoyed the calm of the beautiful Himalayas journey, another side of India......
I’ve absolutely loved these Himalaya episodes, Gabriel. I’ve been to India 5 times, love the place - and have watched all your past India videos because you obviously love the country too. Apart from Darjeeling, I’d never been in the mountains (Pakistan yes, but not India), but my husband and I were planning to go in November 2022. I had a route all planned out (Rishikesh and north from there). Sadly, my husband got ill and we had to cancel, and now I know he’ll never travel again. But watching your latest videos, I’m determined to still go one day, either on my own (I’m 70 now!), or persuade a friend!
Hi Annie, Rishikesh is a nice place, but being in the must visit list of most of the foreign tourists, it's too crowded. If you want peace n tranquility, I suggest you to visit offbeat n remote spots in the Indian Himalayas. There are many hidden gems. Naggar, as covered by Gabriel in one of those (as I saw it 10 years back). You may also explore Lahaul, Spiti n Ladakh. All the best.
You are a remarkable traveler covering many different regions of the world, natural disasters in Nepal ,and Iceland, Gaza and Israel Issues. You have also shared your insights and experiences with a global audience, and all of that in past year alone or so. Stay Safe great current series.
Luv your wings against that building 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋 in. Luv with India the sky. The mountains. The people are so kind Thanks for taking us along beautiful quality video adventures And yes. Like a fairytale 💙💜🦋🙏🏻🦋🙏🏻🦋🌼
Oh man! I cannot get over those INCREDIBLE views!! To see that beautiful waterfall in the same scene as those amazing snow capped mountains! Breathtaking! You said it best, “That view never gets boring.” Another fantastic video, producing your best content right now. The firework finale seemed the perfect way to end this series. I’ve enjoyed EVERY single minute of EVERY single video from this Himalayas series. There’s just NOTHING that compares to the Himalayas!! One of your very BEST (if not THE best) travel adventure series. ❤️👏👏👏❤️ Bravo!! 👏👏👏
Ist's so cool to see you hiking to jogni walterfalls. I got to know my best Friends from Delhi, America, Australia and Israel in Manali, We all together went there. Awesome memories, i recognize nearly every little bit of the track ❤
That castle was so beautiful! And your driver/guide/hotel owner was so kind (and easy on the eyes)! I am going to miss the Himalayas. It has been an epic series.
We stayed at Naggar Castle back in 1991. I remember it seemed more "rustic" in those days. Either my memory is bad, or they really spruced up the place. In any event, the stay was a highlight of our 2-month long trip to India.

Loving the India series. I spent a lot of the around Manali. Glad you mentioned the 'blanket'.. I'm glad it's ok.. maybe an appearance soon?.. would make a lot of folks happy👍🤣🇮🇳
Hi Gabriel take care a lot of the paths and tracks look very precarious. Wonderful scenery and views friendly welcoming people to what an amazing journey.
These Himalayas videos have been remarkable. Thank you, a great job as always. I'm almost bummed you're not staying a bit longer! Going back to the video where you discussed the giant spider in your room, I really wish you had filmed that monster. I would have loved to have seen her (fron afar!). I also enjoy watching Backpacker Ben's videos. 🙂
Thanks for another great video Gabriel ! Really appreciate and love your respectful approach to discovering the many facets of my country. Quick tip: the pun in Punjab is pronunced as pun as in pun intended..jab is jaab... Really enjoyed the music too !! your hard work at editing shows !
Did the Lama Dugh day trek today. More of a deep forest hike but very glad I did it. Apparently I went the reverse way and was super steep for 2 hrs. Pretty intense until it went downhill. I definitely recommend it to people in Manali. Saw a goat shepherd with his herd which was cool.
Hi Gabriel, that was an incredible getaway day. A nice start to the day hiking up to the waterfall and stopping at the outside restaurant very nice ambiance quite peaceful. I found the architecture very interesting Manu pointed out the buildings with a tower-like structure called Kath Kuni but then you have a balcony around the upper area of the structure reminds me of the similar structures you would see in Japan from what see on Wikipedia they appear to be very energy efficient this type of construction is thousands of years oddly enough this type of construction allows the structure to flex with the seismic waves offering excellent structural and seismic resilience.
Thanks for teaching us Indian Himalaya. Gabriel, you are so respectful taking of your Shoes where the Fork Gods! India the Land of Ingener! Amazing Alleys!
Might be the cow who was blocking the path was in labor or pre-labor. If she was having contractions, sure she was in no mood to move. Wants to lay down.
I stayed one night at Naggar Castle back in 2000!! It was amazing stay there. It was very quiet only one other person was staying there. He was an Indian businessman and the only person I saw with a cell phone on that 6 month long trip!! Happy Travels
You wouldn’t want to be sleep walking there in the middle of the night, or accidentally take a wrong turn, as you could easily end up at the bottom of a very steep ravine.
Hi, Gabriel nice video.I think you should have eaten breakfast first then went to see the falls because you would burn calories and not be hungry . I really enjoyed your Himalayan villages videos. Keep up the good work and safe travels.
Bro its accent. You can't write Hindi Punjabi etc name in English correctly bcz both are different languages. Indian language sound doesn't exist in English so punjab is correct according to indians bcz they think it's how it's written but in English there is no real sound of that that's why Britishers use to pronounce differently than Indians. This is hard to explain.
He can't speak the language anyway, why bother correcting him on such a specific point. Better off to start by giving him a Hindi beginners course and go from there.

Dear Gabriel...I have a question about Google company's policy...so about two years ago I started my You Tube channel dealing with India (English) literature and world literature...so then in one of my You Tube presentations about India (English) Literature I have almost 500 views but only 16 subcribers however Google (You Tube) started to put commercials on this specific You Tube Vlog so Google is making all the money in the world (out of my presentation) and I am sucking my thumb getting ZERO DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS how is that even possible...? Also what is the minimum number of subscribers required before Google pays..?
As far as I understand you need 1,000 subscribers as well as a certain number of watch time hours before you can start making money from your videos. Other than that I'm not sure since it's been so long since my channel has been monetized. Whatever your videos are making at this point you aren't missing much. For example 500 views would only pay $1 or so. So I wouldn't worry about it too much, just try to get over that line of 1,000 subs and then you might get monetized.
Gabriel has found a group of people who worship him at 10:20! Even have a northern California scenery! You must lead them to the Promise Land, Gabriel!!!
