When playing with Eddard Stark I got a Destined Dragon by sacrificing our Caravan Master (she abandoned me in a travel). If you got a Pet Cat or a Pet Dog they also can be used as powerful sacrifices.
I personally don’t like the Valyrian steel mod for its ease of getting a dragon egg so I got a tiny mod that gives Ilyrio the 3 dragon eggs in the 282 start date, there are also other ways to get a dragon egg like an adventurer or doing the escape to summer hall button, summer hall doesn’t even need to be rebuilt from my experience

i read somewhere the person you are sacrificing has to be high Valyrian and pregnant?
