I'm a Santa Cruz local, and we have such a special place in our hearts for this film. It was so exciting to watch the production going on in our town, and lots of us were extras so we get to see the tiny snippets of ourselves go by onscreen each time we see the movie. There are still periodical screenings held at night on the main beach, ( where the beach scenes were filmed ). It's so cool to hear Kiefer say that his best memory during the making of The Lost Boys was biting the head off "that bald guy"! Because that actor was a good friend of ours, Jerry Younggren, another local who was one of the few who had a credited role - so that scene is a fave of a lot of people here too! Sadly he is no longer with us - gone way too soon. His part in the movie was one of many legendary moments in his short life.

This movie had a huge impact on my life as a teenager. There will never be another movie like "The Lost Boys".
I have no why we were watching this movie in middle school science class but I fell in love with this movie instantly ❤🧛♂️
Oh my.. thank you YT algorithm for having this come up for me. Love all 4 of these actors & The Lost Boys is such a classic with an amazing cast & soundtrack.
Billy.. oh my.. he still looks amazing & I'd forgotten his voice. Never will forget watching him compete on American Gladiators. (Only person that I would've loved to see with those 4.. Alex Winter's best friend. 😉)
I saw this when it came to VHS, and watch it a few times a year. My 10 yr old son watched it with me this Ocotober, and he loved it, which makes me very happy. It's an awesome movie with an amazing cast. This reunion is really cool! Thank you!
I worked dubbing vhs copies of films in the 80s. Not many films survive hundreds of watches but I still love Lost Boys
Wow! Kiefer was 17/18 when he made it? Brilliant! One of my all time favourite movies and it will definitely last the test of time. The movie ages like a vampire, extremely well
He was 21
@@davidristic3800 3.06 mark, kiefer says he was 18 or 17
@@shaunhandley3050 Good for him...he was 21.
He was born in 1966, filming took place in 1986
You would t know with the mustach , he made a very inconic vampire ...
This s by far the best movie ever made the costumes, soundtrack, setting and of course the actors.I still watch and listen to the music and these actors are so handsome to this day.
Alex Winter...EXCELLENT! 🎸
I saw Echo & the Bunnymen perform “People Are Strange” two weeks after the official release date of the film.
Very cool
Great seeing these guys back. So many memories from that film when I was younger!))
So many memories when I was in high school when it came out...bought the soundtrack straight away
Everyone did 😊😊😊
When this movie came out I wasn't familiar with Kiefer but as my Dad saw him he said, "that has to be Donald Sutherland's son!" 🤣
Loved Donald in Backdraft
Wish Corey was still here, love this movie. I still watch it.
Still an iconic movie one of my favorites hands down💯
RIP Haimster.
This is a great panel lineup. No Feldman trying to one-up and talk over everybody.
My favorite soundtrack ever. These guys still look amazing, I will always love this film. It means so much to me❤
I could watch Billy read food labels and be perfectly content.
😂😂
Haha, right!?
Quality to see all y'all, and it's amazing y'all are still friends
I remember watching this and it blew me away, the story and the special effects were on par. ❤❤❤❤
We loved the lost boys so much my friends took a trip to Santa Cruz and even went to Santa Clara because of that movie. Loved it
One of the best if not the best vampire movie of all time! Incredible cast, incredible music!
Great Great Great movie!! I can't even count how many times my son and I have watched it. My son is 32 now and still a die hard fan.

Haim died in 2010 Feldman was doing a gig
Long live The Lost Boys! The movie and soundtrack still hold up all these years later. The cast looks great!
RIP Corey Haim and Brooke McCarter. I love all you guys.
🌹
Coolest of all vampire movies. That was when movies were a big deal. Always liked the fact that Kiefer and Alex are English by birth. Great cast all round.
THE ABSOLUTE COOLEST !
Love it! I was 13 when this movie released and I had the poster on my bedroom wall! 🧛Recently picked up the soundtrack on vinyl
this movie is one of the best vampire movies of all time because at its time i literally made people feel included like if you go to the wrong party you might get into some stuff like this. it made it feel real even if it wasnt. and i still think keiffer is one of the scariest vampires he jumps scares me sometimes when i rewatch the movie lol
Hi Kiefer sutherland you are my favourite ❤
Wow YT put this on my feed?! Damn, nice when it works like that lol amazing panel for an amazing film. The Goonies of Horror! And i mean that as a huge compliment
I only recently discovered that Jason Patric is the son of Jason miller who played father Damien Karras In the Exorcist.
No way!! You can be satisfied that you weren’t the last person to know this because I didn’t either until I read your comment 😄
He's also Jackie Gleason's grandson...
@@maximusprime3459 The Great One!
I was 20 when this film was released and it was most definitely an iconic film!
Lost Boys is one of the best movies ever made, a beautiful part of my youth
A timeless classic. The 4K also looks fantastic.
I was around these dudes ages when I saw it in the theatre. Loved it instantly Bought the soundtrack right away. Seen it more times than I can count and years ago my wife and kids(19 and 24 at the time) went to a drive in to see the movie. Brought back so many memories
My favorite and most awesome vampire movie ever made ❤
What Alex says about Brooke is awesome. I met him at a con in 2013, Corey Feldman and G Tom Mac were there too. He's one of the coolest guys.
