A few times I've heard someone say "animals sacrifice themselves for us". 😶 My usual response is along the lines of "Animals don't go throwing themselves onto swords or cutting their own heads off for humans to eat. They are Tortured and then Slaughtered in masses by humans, only for a large portion of it to get wasted because they overkill these poor animals".
Obviously I don't condone animal abuse and my wording may not have been the greatest, but trying to point out some of the gruesome facts that non-vegans don't realize. That combined with the living conditions, the fact we get better/firsthand protein from what the animals eat and pollution it's causing to our waterways and land altogether is a solid argument. It usually brings to the conversation how we're (trying to be) evolved beings, so humans should no longer be killing and eating animals. I mean (preferably not, but) if you absolutely feel you need to eat animals, you should have to do it all yourself and it Not be readily available at a store. It's sickening how far they'll go to mask the rotting smell when it's overdue and they relabel it as "special flavour" or something of that sort. Even worse is that people buy it and wonder why they feel sick afterwards. 🤦♀️ Most people wouldn't eat an animal because they couldn't actually kill it themselves. I couldn't ever kill an animal, let alone think about doing so... I'll stick with vegan, thanks!!
These animals value their lives, just like us humans value our lives. Animals “sacrificing” themselves for us makes zero sense to me. It truly amazes me what people will say to make themselves feel good about what they consider to be “normal”.
There’s so much anti vegan hate on tiktok. I think it’s mostly bc of how young people are (hence they aren’t very mature) and the horrible influence from that vegan teacher. Thanks for standing up & spreading truth
omg that first TikTok you posted was sooo accurate!!!!! i have so many people on facebook who will share posts about abused dogs and literally type stuff like that and then these are the same people who also share jokes about vegans with laughing emojis. the cognitive dissonance is so insane that it makes me feel like i'm going insane myself! it's so grounding to have vegans like you to remind me that i'm not alone!
Rose I just love how outspoken you have been about the ethics of eating and using animals. I know you have always been an ethical vegan but I feel like you have really been leaning into the philosophy of veganism and I am here for it.
This is so frustrating. I've been making vegan content on and off for about 5 years and I surprisingly haven't received any rude comments until I made a tiktok.
Whenever you see a vegan TV character, it seems to be a negative thing. The press also like to forward the narrative that vegans are preachy, negative and are trying to take away all the things that people love. So I'm not suprised by the attitudes of some people. We just need to keep being positive. I know my friends attitudes have started to change (slightly) as they see me thriving.
True whenever there is a vegan like say on a cooking show, they don't get far over the dumbest reasons. I think sometimes it's just set up, tv producers probably are bribed by meat companies so that they have to be careful not to make the vegans look good.
Maybe this will change in the future. Look at lgbt+ representation in the media, especially movies and series, in the 2000's and compare it to the last 10ish years.
These type of videos I loove so much. Because it reinforces my point of view upon (not) eating animal-derived products. It makes me feel like I am not alone 🥲
I love these videos bc i feel like i learn so much about how to better structure my arguments and to be a better animal activist! You’re always so well spoken and clear in your beliefs and it’s very refreshing to hear someone actually explaining the full arguments
When you talked about Never let me go, I felt like sharing an anime show named Promised Neverland. Its about humans being bred as livestocks for aliens. There are "vegan" aliens too, trying to convince the other aliens that they dont require human meat to survive. The human eating aliens are totally using the same arguments that I have heard irl. Its really good and emotional, and can make you think about stuff irl :)
Me: “tells some anti vegan about health, ethical environmental impacts of consuming animal products” Troll: you need to stop feeling more superior than us Me: ????!!!!!
Yeah, they love that argument. Makes no sense. Like, we're not in veganism to feel "better than everyone". We go vegan because we are horrified of the animal abuse in animal agriculture. Has nothing to do with our egos.
@@DamnTastyVegan Classic response to this: “But I care about the environment and animals too!! I JUST DONT PREACH ABOUT IT! Besides, I get my meat from sustainable farms and I only eat chicken and fish, I BARELY eat red meat!!!” It’s so hard not to hit people in the face sometimes.
@@parkerdinhwilliams15 Lol! Seriously! Everyone eats "local humane meat and only a little bit and only eggs, fish and chicken and oh yeah, sometimes steak, but it was sung to before it got its throat slit open" when they talk to vegans.
When ppl say something around that I usually just say "I never said that but if that's how you feel, then that's how you feel." Cause then they have to own up to it lol.
The thing about the dog thing is also like...i can't do anything about how someone else treats their own dog. I can spread awareness about it, but there's nothing i can physically do to stop other people abusing their pets while i can stop eating animal products.
The tiktok algorithm is awful for vegans. All tiktok knows is I like videos with animals in them. So I get cute sanctuary videos and animal exploitation/abuse videos in equal measure even though I block every animal harmer account I see.
I get a bunch of dairy farmers for some reason. They are allllll over tiktok. One was acting all proud while showing off his cows which were housed in basically a steel box. It was gross seeing how delusional people are.
I get a lot of flack when comparing dogs to cows. They say dogs are pets, cows were meant for food. I usually say Why? What makes them any different? They are just brainwashed into thinking that, and that excuse may make them feel better to allow such horrible things happen to animals.
I really admire vegans like you Rose I've been vegan for 4 years 5 months and I really don't have the energy to engage anymore it's so draining to have the same argument/conversation over and over again I don't have any vegan friends & I'm the only vegan in my household and I feel so alone
"Animals eat other animals" herbivorous animals actually exist and there are also some animals who decided to become "vegan" for example pandas, they are bears and so they are carnivores and at the beginning they were carnivores but they started to eat just bamboo...I think we all should do like pandas
Every rant video I so damn agree with you, like every single one of your arguments is so valid and I totally get your frustration. Keep spreading the vegan message for the animals. Victims that are being abused and murdered every. single. day. So no, we don't care about your tastebuds. And we're not gonna shut up.
My favorite thing about the "animals were meant to be eaten but I don't agree with how they are treated" is that they are saying the most paradoxical thing of all time. People think animals are meant to be treated like products but object to them being treated like products? Like if animals were "meant" to be eaten why do they care how they are treated? They aren't "meant" to be treated well according to them, they are only "meant" to be eaten. It really shows how brainwashed some people are. They actually ARE empathic to animals but they can't understand that it doesn't have to be this way. It's really depressing and frustrating.
I think it’s more nuanced than “animals should be treated like products but shouldn’t be treated like products.“ And I assume that the nuance isn’t lost on you. Not saying I agree with that view, just that you can believe an animal shouldn’t live through harsh conditions even if you will ultimately eat it. Might not be a great analogy but I think of it as similar to someone being in prison. The way a security card treats people in prison says more about the security guard than it does about the people in captivity.
@@nosynosee3835 so what does it say about us that we take *innocent* animals and then kill them? And sell them? As products? I don't understand your analogy sorry. It's only "nuanced" because people want to think killing animals is the default thing to do when it doesn't need to be.
People would some times make this argument when they think about factory farm animals vs so called free range. The problems with that kind or thinking are : 1. Free range animals are many time not truly free range. They could be in a big shed with many others, not in a small cage. But it’s still very poor conditions for them. Or they are just parts of there lives free range. 2. It’s literally impossible to meet the huge demand for animal products when you practise it on free range agriculture . If humans want more free range animals it would mean they have to destroy even more of the little that is left of natural habitats and echo-systems on earth. Even if we have used all available land on earth, there won’t be enough space on earth to raise animals on a free range basis. It’s just not attainable. 3. Even free range animals are treated very cruelly. Even if the cruelty happened just on the day of slaughter, the slaughter itself is so inhumane it should be reason enough to stop doing it.
Humans suck in so many ways. It's hard to feel good about being one. Your responses were great Rose! I appreciate and will use some of the points you made.
I follow you on TikTok and compared to other “sassy” vegans,, you are super tame. But some people just want to be OUTRAGED for any reason. 🤔🤨 It’s not like you’re “That Vegan Teacher” 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

thank you so much for speaking out for the animals. It seems like very few vegan RUclipsrs are doing so these days. This work can be so frustrating but it’s so important we don’t give up and keep trying to get people to wake up and see what they’ve been indoctrinated to not see. Thank you Rose ♥️
Omg thank you for this ! I love how you explain your thoughts . Its like you're taking the words from my head . Thanks for being a voice for the animals !
This kind of content is so smart, your answers are so beautiful. I would love to see more videos like this one, but yes, it is stressful to see such hypocrisy so I think you should just do a couple of these... I guess?
I love the point about comparing ourselves to other animals, and how people choose whether they wish to be compared to other animals or not based on convince 🙄 You worded all of your points beautifully ✨
I love how much sense you make. It's interesting how some people who think of themselves as very rational, make the same "arguments" and when you respond with an actual rational argument, they'd say you're an extremist etc. So refreshing to hear someone who thinks the same way, I love these videos. Thanks, Rose! :)
Yeah, but I guess their age is the reason for that. All people I know, me included, became vegan as young adults, though we already knew about it when we were much younger. But for several reasons it's just more complicated to become vegan/vegetarian for younger people, who aren't independent yet, when they are raised by meat-eaters. I had so much struggle with my parents as a teenager when I decided to quit eating meat from one day to the other, oh boi, and it took me a long time to gain enough confidence to do so 😂 Lots of my friends were facing the same issues so most of them didn't even get started. I think kids nowadays still have the same problem.
I would definitely be interested in more content like this from you, Rose! As long as it doesn't damage your mental health. Maybe just occasional reaction videos to bad TikTok takes. 🙂
very interesting video Rose! I love Never Let me Go, I use it very often with my 17-year-old students in class when we study the theme of progress (is it really progress?). That scene with the teacher in the school, when she decides to tell them the truth is so powerful!!! Thank you for the analogy!!!
Thank you for your activism, Rose ❤️ It's very important to bring the word out of the bubble, eventhough the comments are annoying us 😅 I think your words still plant a seed in the minds of the people who watch the tiktoks 🌱 Thank you and keep going ❤️🌱
Thank you for your eyeopening work. 4-5 years ago I did not understand and "see" it. Since 3 years I am eating plant based... and I feel soooo much better now energetically and emotional. I could change because of people like you 🤗💚 Now I learn to substitute eggs. I really liked your soya variant of scrambled "egg".
I've struggled with this analogy for years with myself. I hate animal abuse yet I myself eat animals. Because of this I finally made the change to vegetarian, 4 months ago. It's a struggle but in today's world it is made much easier and I'm getting better and better.. I feel like I was brainwashed by society to think I needed meat on every dish. Ive got to the point I really don't miss meat at all. Channels like your help me to transition.
Thank you for making this, it feels good knowing others echo my sentiments. I know these really put your patience on the line and I just wanted you to know it’s very much appreciated!
People do understand analogies, they're just committed to misunderstanding everyone they disagree with - welcome to social media's side effects. 💁 Also, just a side note: please don't say things like "People should love who they want", as you can't choose who you love or your sexual orientation ❤
Btw, "Never Let Me Go" was a novel by Kazuo Ishiguro (author of many wonderful books, including The Remains of the Day, which was also made into a great movie). I didn't know they made a movie version - I want to watch, so thanks!
I love this. Keep preaching!! You are planting seeds or at least flowering some potential vegan seeds.. Never stop speaking the truth especially when the victims are voiceless. If vegans don't speak out, who else will help the animals?? You have been advocating mostly vegan food for a long time, I already love it , but now it's like you develop into sort of a more direct activism. Love!
I heard a great reply to, "Animals also eat other animals" once. It was, "But we know better." My personal response is, "Usually it's carnivores who NEED it, unlike humans."
If the farm industry would grow stuff like hemp, vegetables, fruit, beans, they profit and make a living just as well as the meat industry. Seems to me there are a hell of alot more recalls on meat than vegetables! I bet hardly any of a meat eater has been to a slaughter house or a meat market. Last year Rose, I had double breast cancer and my doctor told me if I wouldn't have been a vegan I might not have survived.
Rose, I love all your vegan cooking videos but these in bed complaining videos are great too because it is so good to talk about these topics. You are certainly a leader in the vegan community. Your videos make a difference in my life. Thank you for the compassion and true care you have for animals. I cant thank you enough for making these videos and caring about animals so much.
Love you for being you and standing your ground, Rose! Hypocrisy is bliss for some. I am a vegan myself and couldn't agree with you more. Sending love from Brooklyn, NY xx
I agree with everything that Rose said and disagree with any anti vegan comments. Rose is so beautiful inside and out. This video makes me love ❤ Rose more. People that claim that they care about animals yet kill them are hypocrites because killing animals or a living being is the opposite of love. Love doesn't promote or get involved with violence so that women looking after pigs before killing them doesn't love the animals but rather loves the money/profit she makes from animal expoiltion.
I am a vegan for 1.5 year now (Vegetarian for 2 years before that) and i still cannot answer in a good manner questions/attacks. Either i will say what i know and info dump or i will be trying to make something up and stutter along my arguments from the seer volume of them. So i am either prechy or "you clearly dont know what you talking about and i won the argument" I hate everything. I lost 2 very good friends due to me being vegan. We went to that one chinese place and i ordered my food and salad as vegan as possible (eg i didnt asked if soy sos had honey in it but i ordered it without eggs for instance). Everytime i heard well the pan has meat juice in there doesnt that bother you ? You should eat eggs your iron levels will tank down Well we are not here to being preached (while the only thing i said was i want this food to be without animal products please like honey eggs or milk products

This is one of the most educational and inspiring video ever! I am already vegan and cruelty free, but I needed this because some of my thoughts I thought were just personal. But they are not and I think all vegans can relate to these experiences. Thank You for spreading your knowledge and making the world a better place!🙂
Rose, I love you. I feel relieved when I watch your videos because I know you won't suddenly turn your back on veganism for some dumb reason. You truly understand the vegan cause and love the animals 💚 it's so frustrating that these people think what they're saying is so smart and unique, but we've all heard it a million times and NONE of it is logical or holds up as soon as you replace the pig/cow/chicken with a dog. So tired of people lolll
First off- you look super comfy and your hair looks really healthy! Second- I think those Tik Toks (like the pork industry one) might be an industry PR stunt. I could totally see that happening to try and pull a younger consumer group that is becoming more and more aware of the violence and negative environmental impact of the meat industry. Good for you being vocal- I have been “shut up” so many times out here in the Midwest. We even have pig farmers in my family ( :( ). I’m not vegan, I’m vegetarian and on a journey, but it was super hard to get started because I had family members trying to “sneak” meat into my food all the time. This is the sort of bullsh*t Rose is talking about. Consent yo... all around basic consent.
Sneaking meat into food is terrible if they are fully aware of your decision. I for example have a friend who is Muslim and I would never consider doing something like that and to me it's no different what your reason is. Hope that has stopped now.
I'm not even fully vegan, just here for inspiration as I try to reduce animal products in my diet, but damn, I do not understand all that hate toward people who have been able to make that switch 😥
Just followed you on TikTok. Honestly, I have to give props to the vegans on TikTok because I've noticed that there is quite a lot of hate toward us there. Seeing all that negativity can definitely be hard on your mental health. Peace :)
The comment "But if we didn't eat the animals then they would over populate the planet. So we have to eat them." That's another comment that annoys me.
I think people's complacency of, or even "pro" stance on, exploitation of animals says all about them that I need to know. Don't give those people your time or energy.
Thank you for speaking up for the animals! I think much of the English speaking world now has enough knowledge about veganism that it is time to step up amplifying the ethical arguments. I say this as someone who was interested in plant based foods because of relatable vegan content like much of your older content.
Omg i feel you! People are such hypocrites 😤 Im getting so mad at paid vegans in my community... We're struggling with a big problem in South Africa with all the famous insta vegans here super promoting Nestle and defending it cos "we're all vegan in different ways" despite being told that Nestle openly admits to testing on animals and over using single use plastic which is eaten by sea animals and birds. The hypocrisy is real and its so sad! 😢😭
I have said this before, but I agree on all of your points! Btw, in Norway the pig industries have been a lot in the media, because of an undercover documentary by Norun Haugen. I am very happy these issues are finally being talked about in the media, however a lot of people say the same things as all of these tiktok comments... So ignorant
That you stay in bed to do these types of videos is simply wonderful. It's a comfy chat. Reminds me of childhood sleepovers where my friend & I'd stay up for hours (past bedtime, like till 3am+) in bed just chatting & laughing :)
People can comment / answer horrible horrible arguments in real life as well as in social media. Thank you for that video \o/ Taking care of you and your sanity, of course, I'd love to see another video like that!
Honestly Rose, I really needed this. I eat mostly vegan and make excuses on why I "could" have a meal with meat once in a while, which is SOOOOOOO unfair to the animals involved. I love animals more than people and I needed this video to be reminded of the compassion behind veganism. Thank you for speaking for the animals and providing content like this.
your thoughts on the individual vs. systemic change are spot on, ill never get over why veganism (and broader, environmentalism) are held to diff standards
I am so glad that you have been sheltered here in RUclips. It has given you the sight and hearing to go on to other platforms and bring some truth! Keep kickin' butt!
THANK YOU for being a vegan youtuber willing to talk about this. No shade to the others but I think they avoid these topics to come off as a "chill" vegan.
I'm in agreement, I'm glad there are people like Rose brave enough to talk about this stuff. But there's not a lot of vegans in the world - and even less on the RUclips platform. I hope that more vegans decide to utilize RUclips as a medium for their vegan activism. While I'd love to see more of this type of content on RUclips, not everyone has the personality and/or knowledge to throw it down like Rose does here. Hoping to see more vegan video content in the coming months and years - from all voices, personally types, life experiences, etc., to hear their unique take on things. Excited for the future of online activism!

I read the book (Never let me go). It's shocking and heartbreaking. How they try to prove they are worthy of living, that they have a soul, and almost nobody cares.
Finally making the transition to veganism after watching your videos for years. I’ve cut back my meat/animal product consumption to only two days a week, but this video was super inspiring to me to make the full transition. Your arguments were rock solid! That reason why I became vegan and misanthrope in the first place, will veganism led me to be a misanthrope.
I love Roses reactions to things haha you should make a series “Complaining about things while in bed”
this is episode 2.... i shall film episode 3 soon LMFAO
@@CheapLazyVegan haha excellent. Tiny bed rants 😂 it’s like mukbangs but you need some relaxation and comfort to soothe the moment
@@CheapLazyVegan I suggest "whining wednesday" or "ranty resttime" or "complaining between cushions"
@@reck711 those are really good suggestions imo
Imagine being against being kind to animals 🤢
Using Animals as defence mechanism🤦♂️
Will never understand people who oppose veganism, probably because I am not a sociopath
@@VeganSemihCyprus33 so you don’t understand why people oppose the vegan death cult 😂

Typical vegan cult drone
There’s so much anti vegan hate on tiktok. I think it’s mostly bc of how young people are (hence they aren’t very mature) and the horrible influence from that vegan teacher. Thanks for standing up & spreading truth
mmm those ribs. those murdered pigs taste so good mmm
omg that first TikTok you posted was sooo accurate!!!!! i have so many people on facebook who will share posts about abused dogs and literally type stuff like that and then these are the same people who also share jokes about vegans with laughing emojis. the cognitive dissonance is so insane that it makes me feel like i'm going insane myself! it's so grounding to have vegans like you to remind me that i'm not alone!
Lol right like characters from TotalDramaIsland or Darth vegan from johnny test.
Except Beast Boy from teen titans, we love Beast Boy in this house
Maybe this will change in the future. Look at lgbt+ representation in the media, especially movies and series, in the 2000's and compare it to the last 10ish years.
These type of videos I loove so much. Because it reinforces my point of view upon (not) eating animal-derived products. It makes me feel like I am not alone 🥲
awww i'm glad! will keep making these types of videos :)
Ignasi, I love your name! I had a great grandparent from Slovakia with the Slavic version of that name and have never seen anyone else with it.
I love these videos bc i feel like i learn so much about how to better structure my arguments and to be a better animal activist! You’re always so well spoken and clear in your beliefs and it’s very refreshing to hear someone actually explaining the full arguments
Aww thank you!!! So happy they're helping - gotta knock down all the dumb arguments 😊
Agreed! I was thinking this too!
I couldn't have said it better myself Jen!
Yesssss, exactly. I feel better prepared to handle arguments against veganism because of Rose!
Me: “tells some anti vegan about health, ethical environmental impacts of consuming animal products”
Troll: you need to stop feeling more superior than us
Me: ????!!!!!
Besides, I get my meat from sustainable farms and I only eat chicken and fish, I BARELY eat red meat!!!”
It’s so hard not to hit people in the face sometimes.
Who are you to tell me I can not feel superior for my choices? Get over it. Nancy
@@aeaeae7 Yes I’ve seen those too unfortunately. People are sick. Look how “cute” these exploited mother cows are!
I am glad I don't use Tiktok.
I get a lot of flack when comparing dogs to cows. They say dogs are pets, cows were meant for food. I usually say Why? What makes them any different? They are just brainwashed into thinking that, and that excuse may make them feel better to allow such horrible things happen to animals.

I really admire vegans like you Rose
I've been vegan for 4 years 5 months and I really don't have the energy to engage anymore it's so draining to have the same argument/conversation over and over again

@@davidthescottishvegan oh I meant 5 years dating. I've been vegan 3 years ☺
"Animals eat other animals" herbivorous animals actually exist and there are also some animals who decided to become "vegan" for example pandas, they are bears and so they are carnivores and at the beginning they were carnivores but they started to eat just bamboo...I think we all should do like pandas
Every rant video I so damn agree with you, like every single one of your arguments is so valid and I totally get your frustration. Keep spreading the vegan message for the animals. Victims that are being abused and murdered every. single. day. So no, we don't care about your tastebuds. And we're not gonna shut up.
Typical buzzwords and misinformation
My favorite thing about the "animals were meant to be eaten but I don't agree with how they are treated" is that they are saying the most paradoxical thing of all time.
People think animals are meant to be treated like products but object to them being treated like products? Like if animals were "meant" to be eaten why do they care how they are treated? They aren't "meant" to be treated well according to them, they are only "meant" to be eaten.
It really shows how brainwashed some people are. They actually ARE empathic to animals but they can't understand that it doesn't have to be this way. It's really depressing and frustrating.
I think it’s more nuanced than “animals should be treated like products but shouldn’t be treated like products.“
And I assume that the nuance isn’t lost on you.
The problems with that kind or thinking are :
I hear the sadness in her voice and it made me sad too!😔
This video was so cathartic, listening to someone voice my thoughts and actually make sense 😍 I hate people too, but not you 🌱

thank you so much for speaking out for the animals. It seems like very few vegan RUclipsrs are doing so these days. This work can be so frustrating but it’s so important we don’t give up and keep trying to get people to wake up and see what they’ve been indoctrinated to not see. Thank you Rose ♥️
Vegan RUclipsrs aren’t doing it anymore because they’re sick of being called preachy :(

I guess?
Rose saying "we live in a society" whilst having green hair IS SENDING ME😭 I love it lol
Ah, I scrolled for about 30 seconds and already want to JUST Egg someone's house. People really hate using their brains.
Love your stuff Rose!
When people say that these animals were created for the purpose of food, seems like they agree with the premise of The Handmaids Tale….
YES seriously.
Just commenting so hopefully more people will see this. Thank you Rose - you articulate everything I'm thinking when I see arguments like these.
young people (the tiktok demographic for example) not being vegan is so disappointing. it’s 2021. ffs
I had so much struggle with my parents as a teenager when I decided to quit eating meat from one day to the other, oh boi, and it took me a long time to gain enough confidence to do so 😂
Lots of my friends were facing the same issues so most of them didn't even get started. I think kids nowadays still have the same problem.
@@captainowk459 Yea im 17 and its nearly impossible to complete control my own purchases rn but im doin' ma' best :D

I"m so sharing this video with my teen, who often gets crap for being so passionate about animal welfare.
Love!
12:05. "And animals eat other animals too" Haha, indeed I haven't heard that one in a while. At least they didn't mention lions.
Everytime they mention about a carnivorous animal it's always the lion lol
I heard a great reply to, "Animals also eat other animals" once. It was, "But we know better."
My personal response is, "Usually it's carnivores who NEED it, unlike humans."
Need is irrelevant
10:48 is classic "pick me" vegan
ikr Rose just pointed out the hypocrisy of meat eaters. it's so blatant, you don't even have to be vegan to see it.
I thoroughly love your videos! Thank you for your honesty, it is refreshing!
I am a vegan for 1.5 year now (Vegetarian for 2 years before that) and i still cannot answer in a good manner questions/attacks. Either i will say what i know and info dump or i will be trying to make something up and stutter along my arguments from the seer volume of them. So i am either prechy or "you clearly dont know what you talking about and i won the argument"
I hate everything. I lost 2 very good friends due to me being vegan.
We went to that one chinese place and i ordered my food and salad as vegan as possible (eg i didnt asked if soy sos had honey in it but i ordered it without eggs for instance). Everytime i heard well
the pan has meat juice in there doesnt that bother you ?

Well we are not here to being preached (while the only thing i said was i want this food to be without animal products please like honey eggs or milk products

You go girl !! AND this is why i don't do social media.
If I was on TikTok, I’d always comment some positivity under your vids! 💚 Unfortunately, it seems to be popular for users to troll and leave nasty comments on that platform more than others so I’ve kept my distance lol. Love that you’re turning negativity into entertainment, take care of yourself and keep at this great content!

This is one of the most educational and inspiring video ever! I am already vegan and cruelty free, but I needed this because some of my thoughts I thought were just personal. But they are not and I think all vegans can relate to these experiences. Thank You for spreading your knowledge and making the world a better place!🙂
"Animals eat animals so it's not the same..." Yet animals kick animals too, does that make it OK?
Animals sniff each other butts and I'm not seeing any people adopting that greeting..
You can probably thank “That Vegan Teacher” for a lot of the anti-vegan sentiment on TikTok. She did a really good job of making vegans look bad.
I've never seen this. What would be the best one to watch to see how she made vegan look cray? There are a bunch of her videos and imma lazy.
Miriam Waalkens Yeah I don’t have a specific video for you. You’re just going to have to watch them.
Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro is one of my favorite books of all time!!!
Just followed you on TikTok. Honestly, I have to give props to the vegans on TikTok because I've noticed that there is quite a lot of hate toward us there. Seeing all that negativity can definitely be hard on your mental health. Peace :)
Stand up for what you believe in. ❣
The comment "But if we didn't eat the animals then they would over populate the planet. So we have to eat them." That's another comment that annoys me.
Yeah it's so stupid. We can just stop breeding them.
@@waeulbr and that's always my comeback to them, but it seems to go over their heads.
Deciding to eat /abuse one animal over another is hypocritical. It’s not right.
WHen people says: try to make a lion vegan. Geez, some humans is a new level of stupid!
I’d really love to see more of these
But always take care of yourself first, please!
That same plot line of humans being cloned for organs is in the movie The Island with Scarlet Johansson and Ewan McGregor. Such a good movie!
I have said this before, but I agree on all of your points!
Btw, in Norway the pig industries have been a lot in the media, because of an undercover documentary by Norun Haugen. I am very happy these issues are finally being talked about in the media, however a lot of people say the same things as all of these tiktok comments... So ignorant
Ugh people use those tried old arguments against vegans all the time. I love it when have these discussions. People need to wake up.
That you stay in bed to do these types of videos is simply wonderful.
It's a comfy chat. Reminds me of childhood sleepovers where my friend & I'd stay up for hours (past bedtime, like till 3am+) in bed just chatting & laughing :)
Yes, it’s like having a chat with a friend.
Never let me go was actually a book first but the book and movie are both great. Love the video😁
People can comment / answer horrible horrible arguments in real life as well as in social media. Thank you for that video \o/
Taking care of you and your sanity, of course, I'd love to see another video like that!
Thank you for opening your mind and heart to consider veganism! Wish you the best in your transition. 🤗🌱💚
i get eactly what youre saying about the hypocrisy, the first time too and it makes sense
your thoughts on the individual vs. systemic change are spot on, ill never get over why veganism (and broader, environmentalism) are held to diff standards
I am so glad that you have been sheltered here in RUclips. It has given you the sight and hearing to go on to other platforms and bring some truth! Keep kickin' butt!
In nature, the plant based folk lived the longest, healthiest lives.. Even before medicine. That person's comment just kicked their own ass..
THANK YOU for being a vegan youtuber willing to talk about this. No shade to the others but I think they avoid these topics to come off as a "chill" vegan.
they’re “not like other vegans” 🤣
yes too many apologetic vegans
I'm in agreement, I'm glad there are people like Rose brave enough to talk about this stuff. But there's not a lot of vegans in the world - and even less on the RUclips platform. I hope that more vegans decide to utilize RUclips as a medium for their vegan activism. While I'd love to see more of this type of content on RUclips, not everyone has the personality and/or knowledge to throw it down like Rose does here.
Hoping to see more vegan video content in the coming months and years - from all voices, personally types, life experiences, etc., to hear their unique take on things. Excited for the future of online activism!
Dear Rose, stop reading comments on Tik Tok. It’s not good for your mental health or productively. I know from personal experience that reading negative anything just sucks the joy and purpose from my life. As my husband reminds me often “There is no cure for stupid.” I love your channel and get great meal ideas. Keep sharing you meal ideas! I Bless you!
Couldn’t fault your logic at all lol Thanks for this
Oh that cloning story really got to me can you imagine...having emotions, falling in love, having children then all of the sudden hey your time to give us your kidneys sorry you have feelings and can feel pain you were created to give your organs...I don’t care that’s what you were created for” that really makes my heart break.
