    Eggless Cookies with coconut and oats! These easy eggless cookies are crunchy and chewy. made using honey,no golden syrup necessary. Enjoy these delicious cookies with a glass of milk.

    Ingredients
    Quick Cooking Oats or Rolled Oats( I use quick cooking, Quaker) - 98 grams
    Unsalted butter,very soft - 113 grams
    Sugar - 150 grams
    Water - 1 tablespoon / 15 ml
    Honey or golden syrup - 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
    Maida /All purpose flour - 126 grams
    Cream of tartar 1 teaspoon
    Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon
    Unsweetened dried shredded coconut - 85 gram / 1 cup

    Mam I am new to baking..I tried plum cake twice and chocolate cake twice .every time the upper layer of the cake is burnt. I couldn't able to find out reason.plz help me out..I am following the temperature mentioned in the recipe.

    I always get measuring cups of measurements
    1 cup=250ml which is wrong what do I do
    I guess it's 240ml
    Mam please let me know any solutions

      1 cup is 250ml unless your in America

    Please do not refer to these as cookies they are ANZAC BISCUITS... It is culturally offensive of you to refer to them as cookies. Yanks might understand the term cookie better than biscuits but quite frankly their ignorance is their problem and pandering to their ignorance by changing the name of ANZAC BISCUITS to ANZAC cookies doesn't help them become any less ignorant. There is actually a law here in Australia making it illegal to sell anything called an "ANZAC cookie". I understand that no offence was meant on your part but all the same you have been culturally insensitive.

      Initially ur channel helped me a lot till I could got a hang of using d convection mode.. thank you!!

      Recipes will usually instruct if you need to simply mash or puree, follow that should work. Glad I could help 🙂
